بررسی عوامل موثر در پذیرش و استفاده از فناوری سیستم مدیریت یادگیری توسط دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان

تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر در پذیرش و استفاده از فناوری سیستم مدیریت یادگیری توسط دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان براساس نظریه یکپارچه پذیرش و استفاده از فناوری انجام شد. این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات همبستگی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق دربرگیرنده تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان مشهد به تعداد 2150 نفر است که از این تعداد 350 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه نظریه یکپارچه پذیرش و استفاده از فناوری بود. برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها از روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزارهای spss و amos استفاده شد. روایی محتوایی و صوری پرسش‌نامه توسط 6 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه مورد تایید قرار گرفت. ضریب پایایی پرسش‌نامه نیز ازطریق آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد و در سطح مطلوبی به دست آمد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که انتظار عملکرد و انتظار تلاش به‌طور مثبت و معنی‌داری بر قصد رفتاری دانشجویان برای استفاده از سیستم آموزش مجازی اثر گذاشت. تاثیر اجتماعی اثر معنی‌داری بر قصد رفتاری و رفتار استفاده دانشجویان از سیستم آموزش مجازی نداشت. شرایط تسهیل‌گر و قصد رفتاری به‌طور مثبت و معنی‌داری بر رفتار استفاده دانشجویان از سیستم آموزش مجازی اثر گذاشت. همچنین انتظار تلاش و انتظار عملکرد به‌صورت غیرمستقیم و با واسطه‌گری قصد رفتاری پیش‌بینی‌کننده مثبت و معنی‌دار رفتار استفاده دانشجویان از سیستم مدیریت یادگیری بود. مطابق با یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که درک مشخص و آشکار از قصد رفتاری و رفتار استفاده دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان در استفاده از سیستم مدیریت یادگیری می‌تواند به مسئولین و تصمیم‌گیرندگان دانشگاه کمک کند که سیستمی کارآمد و کامل برای آموزش و یادگیری در اختیار دانشجویان قرار دهند.

investigating the effective factors in the acceptance and use of learning management system technology among farhangian university students

the aim of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the acceptance and use of the learning management system (lms) technology among students of farhangian university of mashhad using the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (utaut). this study adopted a correlational design. the statistical population of the study included 2150 students of farhangian university of mashhad. the study sample consisted of 350 students selected through convenience sampling. the utaut questionnaire was used to collect data. the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling in amos. the content and face validity of the questionnaire were confirmed by six university faculty members. the reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was also determined using cronbach’s alpha, which was at satisfactory level. the results showed that performance expectancy, and effort expectancy had a significant positive effect on behavioral intention. in addition, the results revealed that social influence had no significant effect on students’ behavioral intention and use behavior. the facilitating conditions and behavioral intention had a significant positive effect on students’ use behavior in using lms. also, effort expectancy and performance expectancy were found to be the indirect positive and significant predictors of students’ use behavior in using the lms through the mediating role of behavioral intention. according to the results, it can be concluded that a clear understanding of the behavioral intention and use behavior of farhangian university students in using the lms can help university administrators and decision-makers provide students with an efficient and comprehensive system of learning.
