پیش‌بینی درگیری تحصیلی بر اساس سرمایه‌های تحولی با میانجیگری بهزیستی تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه

پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی درگیری تحصیلی بر اساس سرمایه‎‌های تحولی و با میانجیگری بهزیستی تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان دختر انجام شد. مطالعه حاضر، از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بود که از بین آن‌ها با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای تعداد 501 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل مقیاس درگیری تحصیلی، پرسش‌نامه نیمرخ سرمایه‌های تحولی و پرسش‌نامه بهزیستی تحصیلی بود. تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش با روش‌ تحلیل مسیر و با به‌کارگیری نرم‌افزارهای  spss-26 و amos-24 صورت گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان دادند که الگوی پیشنهادی پژوهش از برازش مطلوبی با داده‌ها برخوردار است و نقش واسطه‌ای بهزیستی تحصیلی در رابطه بین سرمایه‌های تحولی و درگیری تحصیلی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. همچنین بر اساس یافته‌ها، بین سرمایه‌های تحولی درونی با درگیری تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان و بین بهزیستی تحصیلی و درگیری تحصیلی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت.  بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده در این مطالعه می‌توان گفت که افزایش سرمایه‌های تحولی و بهبود بهزیستی تحصیلی موجبات افزایش درگیر تحصیلی را فراهم می‌آورد.

predicting academic engagement through developmental assets mediated by academic well-being of female high school students

the present study aimed to predict academic engagement through the developmental assets mediated by the academic well-being of female high school students. the statistical population of the present correlational study included all female high school students in isfahan in the academic year of 2021-2022, of whom 501 were selected by multistage cluster sampling. the data were collected using the school engagement scale, developmental assets questionnaire, and academic well-being questionnaire, and then analyzed by path analysis using spss-26 and amos-24. the results revealed that the proposed model properly fitted the data, and the mediating role of academic well-being in the relationship between developmental assets and academic engagement was confirmed. also, there was a positive and significant relationship between internal and external developmental assets and students’ academic engagement. finally, academic well-being was found to have a positive and significant relationship with academic engagement. based on the results, it can be concluded that promoting developmental assets and academic well-being, increase female students’ academic engagement.
