رابطه فرهنگ دانشگاه و گرایش به یادگیری مادام‌العمر با واسطه خودکارآمدی تحصیلی

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه فرهنگ دانشگاه و گرایش به یادگیری مادام‌العمر با واسطه‌گری خودکارآمدی تحصیلی بود. طرح پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی و از نوع مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان سال چهارم دوره‌ کارشناسی دانشگاه شیراز در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بودند که از بین آن‌ها 380 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش، مقیاس‌های گرایش به یادگیری مادام‌العمر، فرهنگ دانشگاه و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی بودند. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار amos انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشانگر تاثیر مثبت فرهنگ دانشگاه بر خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و نیز خودکارآمدی تحصیلی بر گرایش به یادگیری مادام‌العمر بود. همچنین، فرهنگ دانشگاه با واسطه خودکارآمدی تحصیلی گرایش به یادگیری مادام‌العمر را پیش‌بینی کرد. مطابق با نتایج پژوهش حاضر، تمرکز بر فرهنگ دانشگاه می‌تواند به اصلاح الگوهای فکری و ارزیابی شناختی دانشجویان منجر شود، باورهای خودکارآمدی آن‌ها را بهبود و گرایش به یادگیری مادام‌العمر را در آن‌ها افزایش ‌دهد.

the relationship between university culture and lifelong learning with the mediating role of academic self- efficacy

the aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between university culture and lifelong learning tendency with the mediating role of academic self-efficacy. this research used a correlational design. the study population consisted of fourth-year undergraduate students of shiraz university in the academic year of 2021-2022. of these students, 380students were selected as the study sample using a multistage clustersampling method. the research instruments included the learning tendency scale, academic self-efficacy scale, and the university culture scale. data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. theresults indicated that university culture had a positive effect on academic self-efficacy and that academic self-efficacy, in turn, had a positive effect on lifelong learning tendency. in addition, university culture predicted lifelong learning tendency indirectly and through academic self-efficacy.according to the results, focusing on the university culture can modify students’ cognitive appraisal and thought patterns, enhance their selfefficacy,and increase their tendency to lifelong learning.
