جستاری فقه الحدیثی در حدیث بدعت و بهتان

از سخنان منقول از پیامبر اسلام(ص) که موجب کژتابی ها و چالش هایی در فهم مراد واقعی آن گشته کلامی است صحیح السند که مسلمانان را مکلف می دارد تا در برابر بدعت گزاران در دین با قاطعیت موضع گرفته بیزاری خود از آنان را ابراز داشته با سب و طعن و بهتان و غیبت آنان موجب درماندگی آنان گردد. جست وجوی پیش رو به بررسی سندی و محتوایی حدیث مزبور پرداخته است تا مگر از رهگذر رویکرد فقه الحدیثی بدین پرسش، پاسخ دهد که حدیث موضوع بحث تا چه میزان با اصول و ارزش های شناخته شده در متن دین معارض است. در جست وجوی حاضر بدین نتیجۀ روشن می توان دست یافت که مفاد و مضمون حدیث بدعت و بهتان، هیچ گونه تعارضی با ارزش های شناخته شده در آموزه های دینی ندارد، چنانکه با اصول عقلائی حاکم بر پیوند های اجتماعی جوامع انسانی نیز به طور کامل همخوان است.

A Theological Study of the Hadith of Heresy and Slander

One of the traditions reported from the Prophet of Islam, which has caused much controversy, is the welldocumented hadith ordering the Muslims to stand against the heretics in religion and to show their opposition to them by cursing, insulting, slandering and backbiting them. This research is an attempt to study the documents and the content of this hadith so that it may answer the question to what extent this hadith is at variance with the principles and values known in religion. This article concludes that the hadith of heresy and slander is neither at variance with the values known in religious teachings nor incompatible with the rational principles ruling social relationships in human societies.
