بررسی روش محدث نوری در چگونگی برخورد با اخبار متعارض در مستدرک الوسائل

مستدرک الوسائل و مستنبط المسائل مجموعه‌ای گران‌قدر از احادیث معصومینk دربارۀ احکام و مسائل شرعی به شمار می‌رود که توسط میرزا حسین نوری مشهور به محدث نوری در جهت تکمیل کتاب وسائل الشیعه شیخ حر عاملی نگارش یافته است. محدث نوری از شماری از مباحث فقه الحدیثی در جهت بررسی صحت و سقم روایات بهره جسته است. از آنجا که یکی از مباحث بسیار مهم فقه الحدیثی، بحث اخبار متعارض است و محدث نوری عنایت ویژه‌ای به این مسئله داشته، این پژوهش درصدد پاسخ‌گویی به این مسئله است که ایشان در برخورد با احادیث متعارض چه روش‌هایی را به کار گرفته است؟ این پژوهش به شیوۀ توصیفی‌تحلیلی، به این یافته‌ها رسیده است که از جمله مهم‌ترین و پرکاربردترین روش‌های رفع تعارض اخبار از سوی محدث نوری عبارت است از: حمل بر تقیه، اتفاق نظر امامیه، شهرت روایی و شهرت عملی، حمل بر استحباب، حمل بر خاص، حمل بر مقید، حمل بر اضطرار، مطابقت با اصل، مطابقت با نسخه‌های متعدد و معتبر، اجماع، تحریف و تصحیف.

Method of Muhaddith Nūrī in Dealing with Conflicting Hadiths in Mustadrak al-Wasā’il

Mustadrak alWasa’il is a valuable collection of hadiths of the imams which is about the rules and issues of Fiqh, written by Mirza Hossein Nouri, known as Mohaddes Nouri, in order to complete the book Wasa’il alShi’ah by Sheikh Hur Ameli. The special viewpoint of Mohaddes Nouri to the jurisprudence of hadith led him to use a collection of methods and principles while refining the narrative texts and thereby causing to refine and purify the narrations or understand the Hadiths. Since one of the most importana topics in hadith jurisprudence is the discussion of conflicting hadiths, This dissertation critiquesand reviewsone of the most important subbranches of hadith jurisprudencecalled conflicting hadiths and analyzes the solutions considered by Mohaddes Nouri to resolve the contradictory hadiths. The results of this article show that the most important methods of resolving the conflict of hadiths are: Carry on taqiya, Imami Consensus, Narrative reputation and practical reputation, Carrying on istihab, Shipping on special, Carried on a bound, Carry on emergency, Comply with the principle, Compatible with multiple and valid versions, Consensus, Distortion and Tasihif and ....
