روش‌شناسی ابن صدیق الغماری در کشف و تصحیح علل متن حدیث

ابن صدیق الغماری از محدثان معاصر اهل سنت و از بزرگان مدرسۀ حدیثی مغرب و از معتقدان به پالایش حدیث است. وی پس از سال‌ها پژوهش و تدریس حدیث در الازهر و طنجه، با روش‌شناسی مبتنی بر عدم تقلید از محدثان بزرگ به علل الحدیث به‌عنوان یکی از دشوارترین علوم حدیثی وارد شده است. او به شکل کاربردی با استدلال، اجتهاد و پرهیز از تقلید، بسیاری از روایات نبوی مُعَلَّل را تصحیح کرده اما به‌واسطۀ آراء حدیثی و فقهی خاص خود، از طرف سلفیه و وهابیون به مخالفت با سنت متهم شده است. بررسی نویسندگان مقاله نشان می‌دهد ابن صدیق از منتقدان جدی محدثانی است که در مطالعات حدیثی، صرفاً به سند اهتمام داشته‌اند. او با اجتهاد و بهره‌گیری از قواعد حدیثی ادراج، توجه به معنای واژگان، نکاره در متن، رکاکت معنوی، ترکیب حدیث، تقطیع، ناسخ و منسوخ، همانندسازی و اضطراب در متن، به تصفیۀ احادیث نبوی با رویکرد به متن، اقدام کرده است. عمل وی در حفظ و دفاع از سنت نبوی، از دو جنبۀ تصحیح روایاتی که محدثان متقدم اهل سنت تضعیف کرده‌اند و یا تضعیف برخی از روایاتی که اکثریت آنان صحیح دانسته‌اند، قابل توجه است. با توجه به نظرات وی در حدیث و قرابت آن‌ها با آراء شیعی، بررسی و مطالعۀ آثار وی ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. در راستای این هدف، پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی‌تحلیلی، رویکرد او را در کشف و تصحیح علل متنی با تکیه بر کتاب المداوی لعلل الحدیث، مورد بررسی قرار داده است.

Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Siddiq al-Ghomari’s efforts to discover and correct the causes of the text of hadiths based on the book Al-Modawi

ibn Siddiq alGhomari is one of the contemporary Sunni narrators and head of the Hadith School of Morocco Who accepts the refinement of the hadith. After researching and teaching hadith at university of alAzhar and city Tangier, He has methodologically entered the causes of hadith based on not imitate from prominent narrators as one of the most difficult fields of hadith science. With reasoning, ijtihad and denial of imitation, he practically corrected many prophet’s hadiths but with his own special juridical and hadiths opinions he was accused by Wahhabis and Salafis. A review by the authors of the article shows that Ibn Siddiq was one of the strictest reviewers of narrators, who only paid attention to the chain of narrators, with ijtihad and using theories like insertion, meaning of words, hatred in context, obscenity in meaning, combination, trimming, abrogating and abrogated, simulation and disorder, he redefined hadiths textually. His efforts in preserving and defending of Sunnat is considerable from two aspect; one, correcting the weakened narratives by elder narrators, the other one, weakening the narratives which accepted by them. Considering Ibn Siddiq’s special hadith opinions and their closeness to Shiite views, it seems necessary to study by the Shiite scientific community. To reach this aim, this research reviews his approach in discovering and correction of textual causes, based on his book ”AlModawi” with analytical descriptive method.
