تحلیل انتقادی از رویکرد فیض کاشانی در جمع روایات متعارض در تفسیر صافی

صافی از تفاسیر روایی با رویکرد اجتهادی‌ تاویلی است. فیض‌کاشانی روایات این تفسیر را از برخی منابع امامیه گزینش‌کرده که در بین آن‌ها، روایات مختلف و گاه متعارض نیز یافت ‌می‌شود. وی به‌دلیل اعتقاد به‌ عدم وجود تعارض واقعی در کلام معصومانr، در صورت مشاهدۀ اختلاف در روایات، با تکیه بر برخی مبانی و با روش‌هایی، سعی‌ در رفع ‌آن می‌نماید. مهم‌ترین اقدام فیض برای رفع تعارض از روایات، جمع بین آن‌هاست. او سعی ‌می‌کند تا محمل‌هایی برای جمع روایات بیابد که از جملۀ آن‌ها آیات قرآن، روایات معصومانk، قواعد عقلی، علم لغت، اختلاف درجات مخاطبان، تعدد مصادیق، جدا بودن تفسیر از تاویل، و تمسک به تاویلات عرفانی‌است؛ و اگر جمع میسر ‌‌نبود، در صورت وجود مرجّح، روایتی را ترجیح‌ داده، یا اگر مورد‌ قبول نداند، رد می‌کند. به‌رغم نگرش فیض در جمع روایات که از مبانی وی در رویارویی با تعارض اخبار برمی‌آید، در مواردی هم طبق قاعدۀ خود با روایات متعارض، برخورد ننموده، یا اظهار نظری نکرده ‌است.

Critical Analysis of al-Fayḍ al-Kāshānī’s approach in collecting conflicting traditions in al-Sāfī

AlSafi is traditional interpretations type with Ijtehadī Ta’wīlī approach. alFayḍ alKāshānī chooses the traditions of this interpretation by some imam resources including also different and sometimes conflicting traditions. Because of his believe in that there is no real conflict in the words of Imams (pbuh), when he saw the conflict in traditions, he tries to remove it by relying to some basics and with some practices. The most important action of alFayḍ alKāshānī for remove the conflicts on Hadith was adding them. He tries to find litters to create consensus the traditions together including in Quran verses, intellectual rules, vocabulary science, differences in audience ratings, multiplicity of instances, separation of interpretation from Ta’wīl, and turn to mystical interpretations; and if could not make a consensuses, if there is a preference, he would prefer a tradition, or if he can’t accept it, so would refuse it. Despite Fayḍ’s view point in adding the traditions that is raised from facing to news conflict, also in some cases don’t act like his conflict traditions formula, or has not commented.
