ارزیابی دگرسنجی فعالیت‌های علمی پژوهشگران سازمان تحقیقات، آموزش و ترویج کشاورزی ایران

هدف: شبکه های اجتماعی علمی فضای جدیدی از امکانات ، تبادل و دسترس پذیری بیشتر و گسترده تر را به روی پژوهشگران گشوده اند که می تواند بر فعالیت علمی آنان اثرگذار باشد . بدین جهت پژوهش حاضر فعالیت علمی پژوهشگران سازمان تحقیقات ، آموزش و ترویج کشاورزی را در این زمینه مورد ارزیابی دگرسنجی قرار داده است .روش شناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش‌شناسی علم سنجی با رویکرد دگرسنجی می‌باشد. داده‌های مربوط از سامانه علم‌سنجی سازمان که از سال 2010 تا 2020 در این پایگاه نمایه شده‌اند و همچنین از داده‌های دگرسنجی فعالیت‌های پژوهشی 852 نفر محقق عضو سازمان در شبکه اجتماعی علمی ریسرچ گیت فراهم ‌گردیدند. برای تجزیه وتحلیل آماری از دو آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده گردید. آمار توصیفی شامل فراوانی و میانگین هر یک از شاخص‌های اندازه‌گیری شده در شبکه ریسرچ‌گیت بود. از آمار استنباطی (آزمون‌های همبستگی اسپیرمن، کروسکال والیس و من- ویتنی) نیز جهت سنجش روابط و وجود یا عدم وجود اختلاف بین متغیرهای مورد بررسی استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: حدود یک چهارم پژوهشگران جامعه مورد مطالعه، عضو شبکه ریسرچ‌گیت بوده و به فعالیت در آن مشغولند. داده‌های دگرسنجی نشان داد بین میزان فعالیت در ریسرچ‌گیت و سطح رتبه علمی در اعضای هیئت علمی رابطه مستقیم وجود دارد و با افزایش رتبه علمی در اعضای هیئت علمی، میزان فعالیت علمی آنان نیز بیشتر می‌باشد. همبستگی بین رتبه آر. جی. به ترتیب با استنادها (0.862)، مشاهدات (0.813) و تالیفات (0.799) در میان شاخص‌های دیگر از همه قوی‌تر ولیکن با پرسش (0.124) و پاسخ (0.280) ضعیف‌ترین بوده است.نتیجه‌گیری: مشارکت پژوهشگران در شبکه‌های اجتماعی علمی موجب افزایش فعالیت علمی و دستیابی به دانش روز آنان گردیده و افزایش بهره‌وری را در سازمان در پی خواهد داشت. بنابراین اطلاع‌رسانی و ایجاد سازوکارهایی از سوی مدیران برای تشویق پژوهشگران جهت افزایش کمی و کیفی بروندادهای علمی در این زمینه و در صورت لزوم الزام به عضویت توصیه می‌گردد.

an altmetric evaluation of the researchers' scientific activities in agricultural research, education and extension organization, iran

background and objectives: scientific social networks have opened a new space of greater and wider facilities, exchange and accessibility for researchers which can affect their scientific activities. currently, membership and activity in scientific social networks is considered as a necessity in terms of complementary research tools from the perspective of experts. therefore, the scientific activity of researchers in the agricultural research, education and extension organization (areeo) was subjected to study by altmetrics in this area.methodology: this survey was applied in terms of purpose and scientometric methodology with altmetric approach. relevant data were obtained from the areeo's scientometric database 2010- 2020, as well as the altmetric data from 852 researchers' members of the research gate scientific social network as the holder of the most numerous members and audiences among the scientific social networks in research institutes, national research centers and provincial research centers of the organization. both descriptive and inferential statistics were used for statistical analysis. descriptive statistics included the frequency and mean of each of the indicators measured in the researchgate network. inferential statistics (spearman correlation tests, kruskal-wallis and mann-whitney tests) were also used to measure the relationships and the presence or absence of differences between the studied variables.
