بررسی اثرات بایوپلوس 2 ب و بایومس روی فلور روده ، متابولیت ها و پارامترهای خونی گوساله های شیرخوار

Probiotics are able to improve function and weight gain in domestic animals through making microbial equilibrium in intestine flora. this study was designed to evaluate the effects of bioplous 2b and biomass on e. coli, health, weight gain, blood metabolites and elements in calves. thirty milk fed calves were distributed in three groups of ten calves in sporadic boxes. the control group was fed once a day with whole milk plus starter and the treated groups fed on the same diet plus bioplous 2b and biomass for 30 days. the weight, rectal swab and blood samples were taken from calves on 1th, 15th, and 30th rearing days. the data were analyzed through proc mixed, sas software. the results showed that effects of additives and calf birth weight on serum urea were different (p > 0.01) but sex and experimental period did not have any significant effect (p > 0.01). effects of additives and calf birth weight on serum glucose were not significant (p > 0.01), but effects of experimental period and sex on glucose was significant (p > 0.01). effects of additives and experimental period on total protein was significant (p > 0.05), but effects of sex and calf birth weight on total protein were not significant. effects of additives on calcium level in serum was significant (p > 0.01), but effects of sex, calf birth weight and experimental period were not significant. effects of additives on phosphor level in serum was significant (p > 0.01), but effects of sex, calf birth weight and experimental period on p concentration in blood serum were not significant (p > 0.01). the effects of additives, calf birth weight and experimental period on weight gain of milk fed calves was significant (p > 0.01). the results showed these probiotics had desirable effect on animal performance.
