مقایسه سودآوری پرورش گاو آمیخته و بومی در سیستم پرورش روستاییدر استان گیلان

This research was conducted in order to evaluation of economical performance of crossbred cow (between guilan native cow and holstein cow) and natice cow in various rearing and production systems and also comparison of profit per each crossbred and naticve cow. a deterministic model for guilan crossbred dairy cows was constructed considering milk price system of iran. using this model and a similar modet in native cattle, annual profit per crossbred (between guilan native and holstein cow) and native cow was estimated and compared. information on returns and costs from 20 crossbred herds of guilan province in lahijan (7 herds), amlesh (1 herd), rezvanshahr (3 herds) and masal (9 herds) cities were studied during a period of 1 year. results showed that the studied systems were different regarding feeding and its costs, milk yield and its costs, and milk selling. so behaviour of system profit and economic weights against change in production factors in different cities is not similar. therefore it is necessary to derive special economic weights for each production system. in semi-industrial system (amlesh city), average profit per crossbred cow was higher than that per native cow, but in traditional systems (rezvanshahr, lahijan and masal), annual profit per native cow was higher than crossbred cow. in guilan province, the average annual profit per crossbred and native cow was 1611881 and 2937980 rials, respectively. lack of statistically significant difference between profitability of crossbred and native cattle demonstrates that crossbreeding program was not successful in the economic and production system of guilan villages.
