مولفه‌های مدل راهبردی مشارکت سیاسی زنان در نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران

موضوع مشارکت سیاسی زنان بویژه در مناصب تصمیم‌گیری، موضوعی است که با رشد و ارتقای منزلت جامعه مرتبط است اگر بدنبال جامعه‌ای متعادل و در عین حال بالنده هستیم نمی‌توانیم چشم بر روی آن ببندیم. در این تحقیق به این سوال پاسخ داده می‌شود مولفه‌های مدل راهبردی مشارکت سیاسی زنان در مناصب عالی نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران چیست؟ روش در ابتدا فراترکیب است که با تمرکز بر روی مدل‌های افزایش مشارکت سیاسی زنان، استخراج و بررسی شدند. از روش‌های تحلیل مضمون و تحلیل اسناد نیز بهره جسته است. مدل مطابق با آنچه در آیه 21 سوره مبارکه روم آمده طراحی و با عنوان مدل ارائه شده است. جهت تایید مدل نیز از پرسشنامه از خبرگان استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد مدلی ارائه نموده که نشان می‌دهد «سکینه» و «آرامش» چشم‌اندازی مطلوب برای مشارکت سیاسی زنان در نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران است که با راهبرد «مودت» امکان پذیر خواهد شد. مولفه‎های آن در بعد «ثبات و بقا»، شامل افزایش آگاهی سیاسی زنان و خودآگاهی و خودشناسی زنان، آمادسازی زمینه‌های مساعد بروز استعدادها، کاهش شکاف جنسیتی و توانمندسازی سیاسی زنان است، در بعد «توسعه و رضایت» شامل: مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی و سیاسی و اعتماد به کارآمدی زن در نظام اسلامی، تحرک سیاسی، استقلال سیاسی و باروری سیاسی است. در بعد «زیباسازی»، شامل: زن در جایگاه ولایت اجتماعی و زن در جایگاه مدیریت و ساختن جهان می‌باشند.

the components of the strategic model in the field of women’s political participationin the islamic republic of iran

the issue of women’s political participation, especially in decision-making positions, is an issue that is related to the growth and promotion of the status of society. if we are looking for a balanced and, at the same time, developing society, we cannot close our eyes to it. this research answers the question: what are the components of the strategic model of women’s political participation in high positions in the islamic republic of iran? the method in this research is initially meta-synthesis، which was extracted and examined by focusing on models for increasing women’s political participation. the methods of content analysis and document analysis were also used. the model was designed in accordance with what is stated in verse 21 of surah ar-rum and presented as the couple-oriented affection-based model. a questionnaire was also used to verify the model. the findings show that a model has been presented that shows that peace and tranquility are desirable prospects for women’s political participation in the islamic republic of iran, which will be possible with the affection strategy. its components in the stability and survival dimension include increasing women’s political awareness and self-awareness and self-knowledge, preparing favorable conditions for the emergence of talents, reducing the gender gap, and women’s political empowerment. in the development and satisfaction dimension, it includes social and political responsibility and trust in women’s effectiveness in the islamic system, political mobility, political independence, and political fertility. in the beautification dimension, it includes women in the position of social guardianship and women in the position of managing wills and building the world.
