حکمرانی طبیعت‌محور: پیوند تئوری و اجرا برای همزیستی پایدار انسان و طبیعت در ایران

این پژوهش به معرفی مدل حکمرانی طبیعت‌محور (nog) به عنوان پاسخی به چالش های پیچیده اجتماعی - محیط زیستی از جمله تغییرات آب و هوایی کاهش تنوع زیستی و مدیریت ناپایدار منابع طبیعی و از سوی دیگ تاب آوری سیستم های اجتماعی در مقابله با این چالش ها می پردازد. روش تحقیق بر پایه تحلیل محتوای کیفی، مدل تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و طیف لیگرت بوده و در یک فرایند تکاملی و مشارکتی انجام شده است.مفاهیم نظری این مدل بر اساس اصولی است که بر ادغام علوم مختلف و تاکید بر تعاملات انسانی- طبیعی متمرکز است و به قابلیت تطبیق پذیری آن در شرایط مختلف کمک می کند. هدف اصلی پژوهش، توسعه یک چارچوب مفهومی و تحلیلی بعنوان یک مدل حکمرانی برای تطبیق با نیازهای مختلف و حل چالش‌های اجتماعی-محیط زیستی فعلی در کشور ایران است. این چارچوب از طریق مرور ادبیات، تجربیات عملی، و همکاری با محققان ملی و بین المللی و ذینفعان محلی به‌وجود آمده و بر ادغام علوم مختلف، تعاملات انسانی-طبیعی، و قابلیت تطبیق‌پذیری تاکید دارد. چارچوب تحلیلی مدل nog که شامل متغیرها و شاخص‌های قابل تنظیم است، به ذینفعان اجازه می‌دهد تا در فرایند تصمیم‌گیری مشارکت کنند. ابزار اصلی این چارچوب، راه‌حل‌های مبتنی بر طبیعت (nbs) است که با بهره گیری از فرایندهای طبیعی به تسریع و عملیاتی کردن تغییرات در حکمرانی کمک می‌کند یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهند که مدل nog به عنوان الگویی عملی و انعطاف پذیر برای حکمرانی پایدار و همسوسازی توسعه انسانی با الزامات محیط زیستی عمل می کند این مدل می تواند برای مناطق کشور به عنوان یک راهبرد عملی به منظور مدیریت پایدار منابع طبیعی و ارتقای تاب آوری سیستم های اجتماعی در جهت پایداری اجتماعی اقتصادی و محیط زیستی به کار گرفته شود نوآوری این مدل در این است که سیستم های اجتماعی و طبیعی را در یک مسیر تحولی و تدریجی در پارادیم حکمرانی به هم پیوند می دهد.

nature-oriented governance: bridging theory and practice for sustainable human-nature integration in iran

this research introduces the nature-oriented governance (nog) model as a response to the complex socio-environmental challenges, including climate change, biodiversity loss, and unsustainable natural resource management, alongside the resilience of social systems in facing these challenges. the research methodology is based on qualitative content analysis, the analytic hierarchy process (ahp), and the likert scale, conducted through an evolutionary and participatory process. the theoretical concepts of this model are grounded in principles that emphasize the integration of various sciences and focus on human-nature interactions, contributing to its adaptability in different contexts. the primary objective of this research is to introduce the conceptual and analytical framework of the nog model, which includes a dynamic system connecting governance components and developing indicators and variables that, while operationalizing this model, enable its evaluation and analysis in various conditions. this model allows stakeholders to actively participate in decision-making processes and provide feedback. one of the key tools in this framework is nature-based solutions (nbs), which leverage natural processes to accelerate and operationalize governance changes. the research findings indicate that the nog model functions as a practical and flexible framework for sustainable governance and aligning human development with environmental requirements. this model can be employed in various regions of the country as a practical strategy for sustainable natural resource management and enhancing the resilience of social systems towards social, economic, and environmental sustainability. the innovation of this model lies in its ability to link social and natural systems in a transformative and gradual pathway within the governance paradigm.
