شناسایی و تحلیل پیشران‌های کلیدی تاثیرگذار بر آینده فرهنگ سیاسی در ایران: طراحی مدل مفهومی فرهنگ سیاسی مطلوب

هدف پژوهش حاضر ترسیم فرهنگ‌سیاسی مردم‌سالاری دینی به مثابه فرهنگ سیاسی مطلوب از منظر رهبران جمهوری اسلامی (با در نظر گرفتن مفروظه مسلمان و مومن بودن مردم ایران و پذیرش حاکمیت احکام الهی توسط مردم برای ترتیبات اجتماعی و امور حکمرانی در کشور) و ارائه مدلی مفهومی جهت تحقق آن و برون‌رفت از فرهنگ‌های سیاسی متعارض مبتلابه در جامعه ایران می‌باشیم.بر این اساس، سوال اصلی پژوهش حاضر چنین طرح می‌گردد که چگونه می‌توان در قالب مدل مفهومی، فرآیند تحقّق فرهنگ‌سیاسی مردم‌سالاری دینی را در جامعه ایران عملیاتی نمود؟ جهت دست‌یابی به پاسخ پژوهش از روش پس‌نگری معطوف به آینده و روش ترکیبی کمی و کیفی بهره‌مند شده‌ایم. همچنین با اتّخاذ روش دلفی‌فازی و همچنین روش تحلیل ساختاری متّکی به جداول ماتریس روابط متقابل و با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار میک‌مک، مهم‌ترین و کلیدی‌ترین پیشران‌ها و عدم قطعیت‌های اثرگذار بر آینده فرهنگ‌سیاسی در ایران مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که فرهنگ سیاسی مردم سالاری دینی در نتیجه ادغام پیشران‌های اسطوره‌سازی، عدالت‌خواهی، فرهنگ عاشورایی و مهدویت، پیوند دین و سیاست و استقلال‌خواهی با سه ابزار استقلال، آزادی و دموکراسی امکان دستیابی به فرهنگ سیاسی مردم‌سالاری دینی را فراهم می‌نماید. همچنین تعیین فرهنگ سیاسی مردم‌سالاری دینی به مثابه چشم‌انداز مطلوب و طرح مدل مفهومی در قالب گفتمان رهبران جمهوری اسلامی از جمله دلایل بدیع و نوآور بودن اثر حاضر می‌باشد.

identifying and analyzing the key drivers influencing the future of political culture in iran: designing a conceptual model of desirable political culture

the purpose of the current research is to introduce the political-culture of religious democracy as a desirable political culture from the perspective of the leaders of the islamic republic (taking into account the assumption that the people of iran are muslims and believers and accept the sovereignty of divine decrees by the people for social arrangements and governance affairs in the country) and presenting a conceptual model to realize it and get out of the conflicting political cultures we are suffering from in iranian society.the main question of the current research is how to operationalize the process of researching the political culture of religious democracy in the form of a conceptual model in iranian society? in order to reach the answer of the research, we have benefited from the hindsight method aimed at the future and the combined quantitative and qualitative method. also, by using the fuzzy delphi method as well as the structural analysis method based on the tables of mutual relations matrix and by using the micmac software, the most important and key drivers and uncertainties affecting the future of political culture in iran were identified. the findings of the research show that the political culture of religious democracy, as a result of the integration of the drivers of myth-making, justice, ashurai culture and mahdism, the connection of religion and politics, and the desire for independence with the three tools of independence, freedom and democracy, provides the possibility of achieving the political culture of religious democracy.
