تحلیل مضمون مقابله با فساد در پرتو اسناد بالادستی نظام اداری ایران

پژوهش حاضر در صدد پاسخ به این سئوال است که مضامین مقابله با فساد در نظام اداری ایران کدام است و در این راستا، هفت سند مرتبط به موضوع فساد در ایران مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت و پژوهشگر با بررسی و مطالعه دقیق این اسناد، ابتدا مفاهیم مرتبط را احصاء و با ادغام مفاهیمی که دارای بار معنایی مشترکی بودند، نسبت به تبیین مضامین اصلی و سپس مضامین سازمان‌دهنده و فراگیر اهتمام نمود. پژوهش حاضر از حیث هدف، بنیادی، از حیث شیوه از نوع پژوهش کیفی که این شیوه می‌تواند جزء پژوهش‌های تفسیری قرار گیرد و از حیث راهبرد، از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده گردید و شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها از طریق مطالعه و بررسی اسناد بوده است. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، تعداد 52 مفهوم، 18 مضمون اصلی، 13 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 7 مضمون فراگیر در خصوص مقابله با فساد تبیین گردید و سپس شبکه مضامین که بیانگر رابطه بین مفهوم بنیادینی که پژوهش بر اساس آن استوار بوده با مضامین فراگیر و سازمان‌دهنده می‌باشد، طراحی گردید.

analyzing thematic aspects of dealing with corruption within the upper-level documents of iran's administrative system

this study aims to investigate the thematic dimensions of addressing corruption within iran's administrative system. seven documents pertaining to corruption in iran were identified for analysis. the researchersystematically examined these documents, tabulated related concepts,identified integrated concepts with shared semantic content, expounded onmain themes, and categorized them into organizing and inclusive themes.the research is fundamentally oriented, utilizing a qualitative researchmethod falling under interpretive research. employing the thematicanalysis strategy and document review as the data collection method, thestudy revealed 52 concepts, 18 main themes, 13 organizing themes, and 7comprehensive themes related to the fight against corruption. furthermore,a thematic network illustrating the relationships between fundamental concepts, inclusive, and organizing themes was constructed.
