تاثیر سرمایه اجتماعی شبکه بر دستیابی به قدرت سیاسی دولتی

هدف اصلی این مقاله، تحلیلی بر ازهم‌گسیختگی دولت در کشورهای جهان سوم با استفاده از سیاست شبکه‌ای است. اگرچه شبکه‌ها اهداف متفاوتی را دنبال می‌کنند، اما به‌دنبال تقویت منابع رابطه‌ای بین افراد هستند.در سیاست شبکه‌ای، جایگاه اصل‌محوری کنش ورزی، قدرت سیاسی موضوع نزاع و کسب سهم بیشتر از قدرت، مهم‌ترین هدف از کنش ورزی سیاسی است.درهم‌کنشی بین این دو مفهوم؛ یعنی سرمایه اجتماعی و تحلیل مبتنی بر شبکه ، یعنی اتخاذ منظری شبکه‌ای به سرمایه اجتماعی به شیوه‌ای کیفی و دخیل‌کردن دولت در این تحلیل است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که؛منابع خاصی در درون شبکه‌های سیاسی در جریان هستند که بسته به نوع تمایز گذاشتن افراد درون شبکه با دیگران بیرون از شبکه شامل سرمایه اجتماعی یا سرمایه مجتمعی می‌شود؛ با وجود اینکه این شبکه‌ها می‌کوشند سهم بیشتری از منابع کمیاب موجود در جامعه یعنی قدرت سیاسی، ثروت اقتصادی و منزلت اجتماعی را دراختیار داشته باشند، موضوع اصلی نزاع، دستیابی به قدرت سیاسی است.محل نزاع، عرصه دولتی یا در درون و پیرامون دولت است. هرچند تحقیق درمورد ساختار اجتماعی، کانون محوری تحلیل شبکه‌ای است اما سیاست شبکه‌ای باتوجه هم‌زمان به ابعاد ساختاری و ابعاد شناختی هنجاری، بر کیفیت هنجارها و نوع استراتژی‌هایی که کنشگران سیاسی برای دستیابی به سهم بیشتری از قدرت سیاسی اتخاذ می‌کنند، تاکید دارد.

The Impact of Network Social Capital on Achieving State Political Power

The main purpose of this article is to analyze the disintegration of government in thirdworld countries using network policy. Although networks pursue different goals, they seek to strengthen the resources of the relationship between individuals. In network politics, the central position of action, political power is the subject of conflict and gaining more power is the most important goal of political action. The interaction between these two concepts, That is, social capital and networkbased analysis means adopting a network perspective on social capital in a qualitative way and involving the government in this analysis. The results of this study show that specific resources are flowing within the political networks, which include social capital or integrated capital, depending on the way of distinguishing people inside the network From others outside the network. Although these networks seek to gain a greater share of society’s scarce resources of political power, economic wealth, and social prestige, the main issue in the conflict is the acquisition of political power. The point of contention is the state arena or within and around the state. Although research on The social structure has been the focus of network analysis, network policy, while considering both structural and cognitivenormative dimensions, emphasizes the quality of norms and the type of strategies that political actors adopt to achieve greater political power.
