ارائه الگوی مطلوب سیاستگذاری قومی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران (مطالعه موردی: دانشجویان دانشگاه امام صادق(ع) و واحد علوم و تحقیقات)

نظام سیاسی در کشورهایی نظیر ایران که به لحاظ تنوع قومی و زبانی، در وضعیت ناهمگن و متنوعی به سر می‌برند، برای پایداری و بقا، به ایجاد حس همبستگی ملی در بین اقوام خود نیاز دارد. بنابراین در کشورهای چند‌قومی از جمله اصلی‌ترین اقدام‌ها، تدوین و اجرای سیاست‌های قومی است. با توجه به ضرورت تدوین سیاست‌های قومی، هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوی مطلوب سیاستگذاری قومی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران (مطالعه موردی: دانشجویان ساکن مناطق قومی و در حال تحصیل در دانشگاه امام صادق(ع) و دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم و تحقیقات) بود. روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی تا دکتری به تعداد 850 نفر بودند که براساس جدول مورگان 265 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته دارای 6 مولفه و 79 سوال بود که پایایی پرسشنامه با میزان آلفای کرونباخ 0.94 مورد تایید قرار گرفت. همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل فرضیات نیز از روش معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار amos استفاده گردید. در نهایت 4 مولفه اصلی هویت ملی، هویت دینی، شهروند‌محوری و عدالت‌محوری به عنوان مهم‌ترین مولفه‌ها شناسایی شدند. با ترکیب 4 مولفه فوق، الگوی «تکثرگرایی ایرانی_اسلامی» به عنوان الگوی مطلوب سیاستگذاری قومی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران معرفی شد.

Providing a Favorable Model of Ethnic Policy in the Islamic Republic of Iran:)Case Study: Students of Imam Sadegh (AS) University and Science and Research Branch(

The political system in countries such as Iran, which are in a heterogeneous and diverse situation in terms of ethnic and linguistic diversity, needs to create a sense of national solidarity among its ethnic groups for stability and survival. Therefore, in multiethnic countries, one of the main actions is to formulate and implement ethnic policies. Due to the need to formulate ethnic policies, the purpose of this study was to provide an optimal model of ethnic policy in the Islamic Republic of Iran (Case study: students living in ethnic areas and studying at Imam Sadegh (AS) University and Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch). The method of the present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of implementation method. The statistical population of the study included 850 undergraduate and doctoral students and 265 people were selected as a simple random sample based on Morgan table. Data collection tools included a researchermade questionnaire with 6 components and 79 questions that the reliability of the questionnaire with Cronbach’s alpha of 0.94 was confirmed. The Structural equation method and Amos software were also used to analyze the hypotheses. Finally, the four main components of national identity, religious identity, citizencentered and justiceoriented were identified as the most important components. By combining the above 4 components; The model of &IranianIslamic pluralism& was introduced as a desirable model of ethnic policy in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
