مفهوم راهبرد مقاومت فعال در سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

راهبرد عدم تعهد به عنوان جهت گیری اصلی سیاست خارجی ایران پذیرفته شده است و این درحالی است که عملکرد سیاست خارجی ایران لزوماً منطبق با راهبرد عدم تعهد نیست. راهبرد ایران در سیاست خارجی را می توان مقاومت فعال نامید. مقاومت فعال، خوانش جدیدی از جهت گیری عدم تعهد است که بر مبنای نفی سلطه گری و سلطه پذیری است. اهمیت این بحث در ارائه تبیین علمی از راهبرد مقاومت فعال است زیرا این راهبرد، تبیین دقیق تری از عملکرد سیاست خارجی ایران ارائه می کند و تصمیمات را به واقع نزدیک تر می سازد. سوال اصلی این پژوهش این است که راهبرد اصلی سیاست خارجی ایران چیست؟ فرضیه تحقیق این است که راهبرد اصلی سیاست خارجی ایران، راهبرد مقاومت فعال است، نه جهت گیری عدم تعهد. روش پژوهش در این مقاله روش توصیفی تحلیلی با استفاده از داده های اسنادی کتابخانه ای و مصاحبه نخبگانی غیرساختمند است. دستاورد پژوهش رسیدن به این ایده است که جهت گیری اصلی سیاست خارجی ایران، مقاومت فعال است. مقاومت فعال به دلیل همخوانی با مبانی اندیشه ای انقلاب اسلامی و همخوانی با محیط منطقه غرب آسیا اصلی ترین عامل در جهت دهی به سیاست خارجی ایران است.

The concept of active resistance strategy in the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The nonaligned strategy has been accepted as the main direction of Iran’s foreign policy, while the performance of Iran’s foreign policy is not necessarily consistent with the nonaligned strategy. Iran’s foreign policy strategy can be called active resistance. Active resistance is a new approachof the nonalignment orientation based on the denial of domination and  it’s acceptance. The importance of this discussion is in providing a scientific explanation of the strategy of active resistance, because this strategy provides a more accurate explanation of the performance of Iran’s foreign policy and makes decisions closer to reality. The main question of this research is what is the main strategy of Iran’s foreign policy? The research hypothesis is that the main strategy of Iran’s foreign policy is the strategy of active resistance, not the orientation of nonalignment. Research Method In this article, the descriptiveanalytical method using documentarylibrary data and nonstructured elite interviews.. The result of the research is to reach the idea that the main direction of Iran’s foreign policy is active resistance. Active resistance is the main factor in directing Iran’s foreign policy due to its conformity with the principles of the Islamic Revolution and its conformity with the environment of the West Asian region.
