طراحی مدل مفهومی اجرای الگوی اسلامی- ایرانی پیشرفت با تاکید بر بیانات رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی (مدظله‌العالی)

الگو نقشه جامعی برای حرکت در مسیر تعالی است و از این رو بررسی ابعاد و مولفه‏های تاثیرگذار بر الگوی پیشرفت و توسعه با تاکید بر اسلامی و ایرانی بودن از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. الگوی پیشرفت باید کاملا منطبق بر محیط آینده باشد تا بتواند از ناهمواری های آینده عبور کند و اثرگذار باشد. مساله این است که بسیاری از سندهایی که در کشور تنظیم می‏شوند قابلیت اجرا ندارند و اغلب ظرفیت اجرایی شدن ندارند. علت هم این است که آرمان‏هایی که در این سندها آمده با آرمان‏های نسل بعدی که قرار است این سندها را اجرا کنند، همخوانی ندارند. به عبارتی ارزش شناختی ما با ارزش شناختی نسل بعدی متفاوت است. همچنین بررسی آثار و پیامدهای توسعه در کشور ما نشان می‏دهد که توسعه به سبک غربی از یک سو نتوانسته باعث توسعه و پیشرفت کشور گردد و از سوی دیگر نیز باعث کمرنگ شدن ارزش‏های اسلامیایرانی نیز شده است. دلیل این امر را باید در تفاوت بین مبانی، اقتضائات و غایات توسعه با مبانی و غایات جامعه‏ی اسلامی ایران جستجو کرد، لذا این امر ضرورت طراحی الگویی متناسب با جامعه اسلامی و ایرانی را ایجاب می‏کند. در این پژوهش با شناسایی مولفه‏های تاثیرگذار بر الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت به طراحی الگوی پیشرفت و توسعه متناسب با جامعه اسلامی ایران پرداخته می‏شود. در این پژوهش، که تاکید بر اجرایی شدن الگو در آینده است، ابتدا با مرور ادبیات نظری به بررسی مفاهیمی

Designing a Cconceptual Model for Implementing the Islamic-Iranian Model of Progress with an Emphasis on the Statements of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution

The model is a comprehensive blueprint for growth in the path of excellence. Thus, considering the dimensions and elements transforming the model of development with an emphasis on Islamic and Iranian form is extraordinary. The development pattern must be fully consistent with future circumstances so that it can pass through the turbulent future and be valid. The problem is that many documents that have drafted in the country are not achievable and often cannot be implemented. The reason is that the ultimate goals in these reports are not in compliance with the ideals of the next generation who have to implement the. In other words, our cognitive value is different from the cognitive value of the next generation. Moreover, the examination of the results and consequences of development in our country proves that westernstyle development not only has not led to the progress of the country yet worst, it has also diminished IslamicIranian values. The rationale behind this is in the difference between the principles, requirements, and objectives of development with the principles and objectives of the Islamic society of Iran, therefore, this necessitates the arrangement of a model relevant to the Islamic and Iranian civilization. This research, which highlights the implementation of the model in the future, firstly, theoretical literature has been reviewed, we analyze concepts such as progress, development, the IslamicIranian form, and the correlation between the IslamicIranian model with the concept of progress and development.
