بررسی و نقد اخلاق تکاملی توصیفی و اخلاق تجربی

تحقیق حاضر، کوشش بدیعی در راستای بررسی تاثیر نظریۀ تکامل در قلمرو اخلاق تجربی است. اخلاق تکاملی در دورۀ معاصر در سه شاخۀ توصیفی، تجویزی و فرااخلاق قرار دارد. اخلاق تکاملی توصیفی می‌کوشد باورهای اخلاقی انسان را از منظر تکاملی توصیف کند و بیشترین توفیق را در این زمینه نسبت به دو قسم دیگر دارد. اخلاق تکاملی تجویزی و فرااخلاق برخلاف اخلاق تکاملی توصیفی با اخلاق هنجاری سروکار دارند.در این مقاله، با بررسی سه شاخۀ اخلاق تکاملی و تفکیک اخلاق تجربی از اخلاق در معنای هنجاری، معتقدیم که باوجود پذیرش تاثیر بیولوژی بر اخلاق، چالش‌های جدی در برابر اخلاق تکاملی توصیفی وجود دارد و به‌نظر می‌رسد که این فرضیه در برابر نظریه‌های رقیب توانمندی مانند «تفکر اخلاقی مستقل» تاب مقاومت ندارد. از طرفی این نظریه در تعارض بسیار جدی با مبانی اخلاق دینی است.

A Critical Study of the Descriptive Evolutionary Ethics and the Empirical Ethics

This research is a new attempt in order to study the effect of evolution theory in the dimension of empirical ethics. In the contemporary area the evolutionary ethics is in the three branches: descriptive, prescriptive and metaethics. The descriptive evolutionary ethics tries to modify human’s ethical believes in the evolutionary aspect and achieves more share from two others part in this ground. Despite the descriptive evolutionary ethics, the prescriptive evolutionary ethics and metaethics deal with normative ethics.In this article, with the study of the three branches of evolutionary ethics and the separation of empirical ethics of ethics in the normative sense, we believe that despite accepting the biological effects on ethics, there are serious challenges to descriptive evolutionary ethics and it seems that this theory beside potential competitor theories, such as the independent moral thinking could survive. However, this theory is very seriously in conflict with the principles of religious morality.
