مقایسۀ عدالت از دیدگاه اسلام و مکتب سودگرایی

در این مقاله عدالت از دیدگاه اسلام و مکتب سودگرایی بررسی و سپس مقایسه می‌شود. ابتدا به تعریف و ضرورت عدالت و انواع آن در اسلام اشاره شده است: عدالت قرار دادن هرچیزی در جای مناسب خود است. خداوند به‌دلیل آنکه کامل مطلق است، همۀ اوامرو نواهی او عادلانه محسوب می‌شود. همچنین لازمۀ عدالت، آگاهی و شناخت همۀ نیازهای انسان و پاسخ‌های مناسب آن است که تنها خداوند چنین علمی را دارد، خاستگاه عدالت و حاکم بر نیکویی عدالت و تشخیص مصادیق آن، عقل و ارادۀ الهی است. عدالت از نظر اسلام با عدالت و حد وسط ارسطویی تفاوت دارد. سپس دربارۀ اصل عدالت در سودگرایی بحث و بررسی می‌شود و اثبات شده است که استدلال اصل عدالت در این مکتب صحت و اتقان لازم را ندارد و اجرای آن در مورد اعمال و قوانین با مشکلات زیادی مواجه خواهد شد. نتیجه آنکه در مقام مقایسه، تعریف عدالت از نظر اسلام بهترین تعریف و تشخیص مصادیق عدالت تنها از طریق خداوند متعال مقدور است.

Abstract: Comparison of Justice In Islam and UtilitarianismThis article is to explain and compare justice in Islam and utilitarianism. First, it is Pointed to difinition and necessary and divisions of Justice in Islam: Justice is putting of everything in its suit place. Because of being absoulatly complete of God, His commands and prohibitions are Justicely. Knowledge of all human needs and their suite answers limiting to God is necessary condition of justice. The Knowledge of justice and distinction of its instances is undertaken to reason and divine will.Justice in Islam is different fron Aristotelian middle Term. then, it is affirmed unaccuracy of principle of justice in utilitarianism and applaying of it, is confronted to various difficulties. It is concluded that definition of justice in Islam is the best difinition and distinguish of examples of Justice is possible only through of directions of God
