پاسخگویی ریچارد سوئین‌برن به انتقادات دیوید هیوم در مسئله معجزه

یکی از ادله‌ای که از دیرباز برای اثبات درستی ادعای پیامبران یا حتی در بعضی موارد برای اثبات وجود خداوند استفاده شده، معجزه است. اما اینکه معجزه با چه شرایطی از چنین قدرتی در اثبات مدعای خود برخوردار می‌شود و اینکه اصلاً معجزه چه چیزی را ثابت می‌کند، موضوعی است که از نگاه شکاکانه و البته تجربه‌گرایانۀ دیوید هیوم مخفی نمانده است و ریچارد سوئین‌برن با دغدغۀ دفاع از مسیحیت و الهیات طبیعی در جهت پاسخگویی به این انتقادها در تلاش است. با توجه به اینکه از قرن هفدهم یعنی بعد از هیوم تعبیر نقض قانون‌های طبیعت در تعریف معجزه وارد شد و خود سوئین‌برن هم تصریح دارد که همین تعریف هیوم را قبول دارد و اصلاً آن را نقطۀ کلیدی تعریف معجزه می‌داند، بحث این دو فیلسوف خالی از فایده نخواهد بود. در این مقاله می‌خواهیم بعد از ذکر نظر طرفین بررسی کنیم که کدام‌یک از نظر اسلام بیشتر پذیرفتنی است.

Richard Swinburne’s Response to David Hume’s Criticisms on Problem of Miracle

Abtstract: One of the reasons that has long been used to prove the claims of prophets or even in some cases to prove the existence of God is miracle. But what miracles have with such a power to prove their claims, and basically what can miracles prove at all, is something that is not hidden from the skeptical and, of course, empiricist view of David Hume, and concerning to defend Christianity and natural theology Richard Swinburne is in the direction of finding best responds to these critics. Given the fact that from the seventeenth century, after Hume, the expression of the violations of the laws of nature was introduced in the definition of miracles, and Swinburne accepts Hume’s definition, and at all this is the key to the definition of miracles, reviewing these two philosophers about miracle can usefull in understating it well. In this article, we want to examine the views of the two sides after considering which one is more acceptable in Islamic viewpoint.
