شناسایی معیارها و رتبه‌بندی تامین‌کنندگان پایدار در زنجیره تامین شرکت سهامی ذوب آهن اصفهان با استفاده از روش تحلیل تم و مارکوس

با افزایش مقررات و محدودیت‌های زیست‌محیطی و افزایش آگاهی اجتماعی به منظور دستیابی به اهداف توسعه پایدار، نظارت دولت درباره مباحث زیست محیطی و اجتماعی در سازمان‌ها سختگیرانه‌تر شده است. از اینرو هدف از انجام این پژوهش شناسایی معیارها و رتبه‌بندی تامین‌کنندگان پایدار سنگ آهن شرکت سهامی ذوب آهن اصفهان، با استفاده از روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره جدید marcos می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی می‌باشد که به روش کیفی کمی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش خبرگان بخش خرید و تامین مواد اولیه شرکت سهامی ذوب‌آهن اصفهان بوده است که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند ده نفر از خبرگان انتخاب شده‌اند. در بخش کیفی پژوهش شناسایی معیارها با روش تحلیل تم و از طریق مصاحبه با خبرگان انجام شده است. سپس از روش ahp برای محاسبه وزن معیارها استفاده شده است و در نهایت با استفاده از روش تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره براساس راه‌حل توافقی marcos رتبه‌بندی و ارزیابی هفت تامین‌کننده عمده سنگ آهن با تاکید بر اصول پایداری و با کدنویسی در محیط نرم‌افزار matlab 2019a انجام شده است. براساس نتایج بدست آمده پانزده معیار در سه بخش اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی شناسایی شده است که پس از محاسبه وزن معیارها، کیفیت، تحویل به موقع، مسئولیت اجتماعی، قابلیت اطمینان، تعهد به قوانین، کنترل آلودگی و مسافت دارای اهمیت بالاتری بوده‌اند. لازم به ذکر است که معیارهای شناسایی شده در این پژوهش با منابع موجود مطابقت خوبی داشته است. همچنین نتایج بدست آمده از روش marcos با نتایج روش‌های تاپسیس، کوپراس، ویکور و saw مطابقت داشته است.

Criteria Identification and Ranking of Sustainable Suppliers in the Supply Chain of Isfahan Steel Company Using Thematic Analysis and MARCOS Methods

Due to increasing environmental regulations and restrictions, and increasing social awareness, in order to meet sustainable development goals, government oversight of environmental and social issues in organizations has become stricter. Therefore the aim of this study is criteria identification and sustainable iron ore supplier ranking of Isfahan Steel Company using a new multicriteria decisionmaking method, named MARCOS. This research is applicative which performed by qualitative quantitative method. The statistical population of this study was the raw material purchasing experts, which ten experts were selected by purposive sampling. In the qualitative part, the criteria were identified by thematic analysis. Then, AHP method has been used to calculate the weight of criteria and finally, using MARCOS method, ranking and evaluation of seven major suppliers of iron ore with emphasis on sustainability principles has been done by MATLAB 2019a software. Based on the results, fifteen criteria have been identified in three sectors: economic, social and environmental, which after calculating the weight of the criteria, quality, delivery, and social responsibility, and reliability, adherence to laws, pollution control and distance were more important. It should be noted that the criteria identified in this study were in good agreement with available literatures. Also, the results obtained from MARCOS method were consistent with the results of TOPSIS, COPRAS, VIKOR and SAW methods.
