انتخاب طرح جانمایی با استفاده از رویکرد فازی و روش promethee ii

جانمایی بخش‌ها مسئله‌ای است که به نحوه‌ی چیدمان دپارتمان‌ها در منطقه کاری، با درنظر گرفتن مساحت مورد نیاز و میزان ارتباط بخش‌ها بایکدیگر، می‌پردازد. مسئله جانمایی بخش‌ها به عنوان یک اصل کلیدی برای بهبود بهره‌وری کارخانه در نظر گرفته‌می‌شود، می‌دانیم طرح‌های نامناسب چیدمان بخش‌ها، همراه با معضلات متعدد و هزینه‌های عملیاتی سیستم‌های جابجایی مواد می‌باشد. روش‌های گوناگونی برای جانمایی بخش‌های کارخانه وجود دارند که نمی‌توان گفت کدام یک از آن‌ها نسبت به دیگری برتری مطلق دارد، بنابر این بایستی با اتخاذ رویکردی مناسب بهترین چیدمان ممکن را از میان طرح‌های مختلف بدست آورد. در این پژوهش پس از ارائه چیدمان‌های مختلف با روش مارپیچی و روش‌های سیستماتیک جانمایی با کمک نرم‌افزارهایaldep‌, micro craft, plannet و بررسی معیار‌های موثر بر طرح‌های چیدمان با رویکرد فازی برای داده‌های کیفی، و‌ تعیین وزن معیار‌ها، رتبه بندی نهایی با استفاده از روشpromethee ii و نرم‌افزار lab decision دریک نمونه مطالعه موردی انجام شده‌است. پس از بررسی طرح‌های چیدمان، طرح ایجاد شده با کمک نرم‌افزار plannetکه از لحاظ هزینه جابجایی مواد در رتبه دوم قرار داشت؛ در مجموع با در نظر گرفتن معیار‌های کیفی ماتریس تصمیم رتبه نخست را در رتبه‌بندی نهایی به خود اختصاص داد.

There are different ways to Factory Layout Sections, each of the methods has its own features, One cannot say which of them has an absolute superiority to another, Therefore, should by adopting an appropriate approach Obtained the best possible layout from different designs. In this paper, after presenting various layouts with spiral technique and systematic layout planning using software’s Aldep, Micro Craft, Plannet And reviewing Effective Criteria on plan of layouts with a fuzzy approach for qualitative data, And determining the weight of the criteria, the final ranking was done using the PROMETHEE II method and the lab Decision software in a case study. After reviewing the layout plans, Design created with Plannet software, which was in second place in terms of transportation costs, Overall, Taking into account the qualitative criteria of the decision matrix, Ranked first in the final rankings.
