تاثیر مدیریت کیفیت زنجیره تامین بر عملکرد سازمانی با در نظر گرفتن نقش متغیرهای میانجی مدیریت کیفیت و مدیریت زنجیره تامین

پژوهشگران در سال‌های اخیر مفهومی را با عنوان «مدیریت کیفیت زنجیره تامین» معرفی و توسعه داده‌اند و از آن به‌عنوان آخرین مرحله در حرکت به سوی «مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر» نام می‌برند و به‌عنوان یک رویکرد سیستمی برای بهبود عملکرد سازمان‌ها تعریف می‌شود که فرصت‌های ایجاد شده به‌وسیلۀ ارتباطات پایین‌دست و بالادست با تامین‌کنندگان و مشتریان را در سازمان جاری می‌سازد. مقاله حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر مدیریت کیفیت زنجیره تامین بر عملکرد سازمانی با در نظر گرفتن نقش متغیرهای میانجی مدیریت کیفیت و مدیریت زنجیره تامین به رشته تحریر درآمده است و تلاش می‌کند پنج فرضیه را به آزمون بگذارد. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی پیمایشی صورت گرفته و جامعۀ آماری آن به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شده است. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از یک پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته متشکل از 27 سوال استفاده شد که 150 نفر به سوالات آن پاسخ دهند و  پایایی آن نیز توسط نرم‌افزار spss، 0.990 محاسبه و از آنجائی‌که داده‌ها نرمال بودند، برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل آن‌ها از تحلیل عاملی تائیدی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار lisrel بهره‌جویی شده است. عمده‌ترین نتایج پژوهش به این قرار است: متغیر زمینه‌ای 92% بر مدیریت کیفیت و 90% بر مدیریت زنجیره تامین تاثیرگذار است. مدیریت کیفیت 83% بر کیفیت زنجیره تامین و مدیریت زنجیره تامین نیز 90% بر کیفیت زنجیره تامین تاثیرگذار است. کیفیت زنجیره تامین نیز 98% بر عملکرد سازمانی تاثیرگذار است.

The impact of supply chain quality management on organizational performance with respect to the role of mediator variables of quality management and supply chain management

In recent years, researchers have introduced and developed a concept called Supply Chain Quality Management, which is described as the last step in moving to Total Quality Management and is defined as a systemic approach to improve the performance of organizations that has created opportunities created by lowlevel communication with suppliers and customers in the organization. The present paper aims to determine the impact of supply chain quality management on organizational performance by considering the role of the intermediary of quality management and supply chain management in the field of writing and attempts to test five hypotheses. This study was conducted using the descriptivesurvey method and its statistical population was selected purposefully. A researchermade questionnaire consisting of 27 questions was used to collect data. 150 people responded to their questions and its reliability was calculated by SPSS software, 0.990, and because the data were normal, they were analyzed using a confirmatory factor analysis using LISREL software is used. The main results of the research are as follows: 92% of land space variable affects quality management and 90% affects supply chain management. Quality management 83% affects supply chain quality and supply chain management, and 90% affects the quality of the supply chain. Supply chain quality has a 98% impact on organizational performance.
