مطالعه تطبیقی نحوه اجرای مهندسی ارزش در پروژه بیمارستان بین المللی تبریز و پروژه های تحت نظارت وزارت بهداشت و درمان

استفاده از مهندسی ارزش در کشورهای پیشرفته تقریباً از سال 1950 آغاز شد و تا به امروز در حال تکامل است. استفاده از این روش در کشور ما نیز پیشرفت زیادی داشته است و برای برخی از پروژه ها با منابع مالی بالاتر نیز الزامی است.  روشهای مختلفی برای بررسی فرایندها و محصولات وجود دارد .این روشها در طول سالیان گذشته توسعه پیدا کرده اند که از آن جمله فن مهندسی ارزش است که هدف از به‌کارگیری آن بررسی تحلیلی و سیستماتیک فرایند و محصول به نحوی است که موجب کاهش هزینه ها و افزایش بازدهی شود. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تطبیقی نحوه اجرای مهندسی ارزش در پروژه بیمارستان بین المللی تبریز و پروژه های تحت نظارت وزارت بهداشت و درمان می باشد. نتایج یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که کاربرد مهندسی ارزش در بخش خصوصی بدلیل عدم دخالت دولت و نبود بوروکراسی های متداول نتایج مثیتی به همراه داشته است.

Comparative Study of How to Implement Value Engineering In Tabriz International Hospital Project and Projects under the Ministry of Healthcare

Using value engineering began in the developed world is evolving at roughly from 1950 to the present. The use of this method in our country has also made great progress and is required for some projects with higher financial resources. There are several methods to investigate the processes and products. These methods have been developed during the past years, the among them is the purpose of the application of value engineering technology, analytical and systematic review process and the product so that it can reduce costs and increase efficiency. The aim of this study is a comparative study of the implementation of value engineering to hospitals in Tabriz International projects and projects under the Ministry of Health. Results of this research show that the application of value engineering in the private sector, because of lack of government intervention and bureaucracy, has positive results.
