طراحی و رتبه بندی پارادایم های لارجس در مدیریت زنجیره تامین رقابتی

امروزه شرکت ها به علت تغییرات سریع محیطی، انتظارات مشتری و رقبا، به ناچار با استفاده از تکنیکهای جدید بهبود دهنده، به بازنگری در الگوی کاری و فرایندی زنجیره تامین می پردازند. مدیریت زنجیره تامین با رویکرد پنج گانه تلاش دارد رویکردهای ناب، چابک، تاب اور،سبز و پایدار را در فضای مدیریت زنجیره تامین کنار هم بنشاند تا از مزایای تک تک آنها بهره مند شده و همزمان کاستی های آنها را بپوشاند. از این رو طراحی مدل زنجیره تامین با رویکرد پارایم های پنج گانه در ارائه ی محصولات و خدمات می تواند موثر باشد. این پژوهش با هدف طراحی مدل ترکیبی زنجیره تامین با رویکرد پارایم های پنج گانه در شرکت لاستیک سازی دناشیراز صورت گرفته است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش حداقل مجذورات جزئی (vikor, fahp pls) استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داده است که پارادایمهای پنجگانه، در موفقیت عملکرد زنجیره تامین نقش بسزایی دارند. بنابراین ادعای توسعه مدل لارج به لارجس از اعتبار بالایی برخوردار است. همچنین نتایج مدل کلی حاکی از این است که ابعاد عملکرد در کسب مزیت رقابتی نقش تعیین کننده دارند. در نتیجه بر اساس یافته های این پژوهش می توان دریافت که استفاده از مدل ترکیبی پارادایم پنجگانه لارجس می تواند تاثیر مثبتی برعوامل عملکردی جهت کسب مزیت رقابتی داشته باشد. این مدل توسعه یافته می تواند الگو و راهکاری برای شرکت مذکور و شرکت های مشابه، و حتی برای دیگر صنایع هم کارامد باشد.

Designing & Ranking of LARGS Paradigms in Competitive Supply Chain Management

Nowadays, companies review trade samples and process of supply chain inevitably by using improving new techniques because of rapid environmental changes, customer and competitors’ expectations. Management of supply chain tries to apply lean, agile, resilience, green and sustainable in supply chain management in space of management of supply chain by use of the quintuple approach in order to benefit advantages of each of them and cover their deficiencies simultaneously. So, designing of the model of the supply chain by use of the quintuple paradigm approach is sufficient in preparing goods and services. The goal of this research is designing the compositional model of the supply chain by the quintuple paradigm approach in a company of rubber manufacturing of Shiraz Dena. Method of partial least squares (PLS), FAHP and VIKOR is used for analyzing data. Results of this study showed that the quintuple paradigms have an effective role in the success of the performance of supply chain. So, the assertion of improving the LARG method to LARGS method is very valid. Also, results of this general model show that dimensions of performance have a determining role in getting a competitive advantage. So, findings of this study show that use of the compositional model of the quintuple paradigm of LARGS can have a positive effect on factors of performance for getting a competitive advantage. This developed model can be a model and approach for the socalled company and other similar companies and even it is effective for any other industries too.
