منطق اکتشاف سنت‌های اجتماعی در تولید علوم انسانی اسلامی با تاکید بر قرآن کریم

مطالعه سنت‌های اجتماعی و شناخت علل، عوامل و آثار آن‌ها، نقش بی‌بدیلی در تولید علوم انسانی و اجتماعی اسلامی دارد. بی‌گمان دستیابی به این‌گونه از قوانین، بر مبنای روش و منطق خاصی‌ صورت می‌پذیرد که از آن به منطق اکتشاف سنت‌های اجتماعی تعبیر می‌شود. منطق اکتشاف، به عنوان دستگاه روشگانی جامع، افزون بر روش (فرایند، قواعد، ابزارها و فنون)، به مبادی و مبانی فهم سنن الهی نیز می‌پردازد.مقاله حاضر در مقام گردآوری از روش کتابخانه‌ای و به لحاظ ماهیت، از روش عقلی-تحلیلی به برخی روش‌های مهم در فهم و استنباط سنت‌های اجتماعی می‌پردازد. از یافته‌های این پژوهش، می‌توان به ظرفیت‌های روش عقلی و نقلی در فهم سنت‌های اجتماعی اشاره نمود؛ اما به دلیل پیچیده و ذومراتب‌بودن سنن الهی از یک سو و محدودیت‌های روش‌های عقلی و نقلی، کاربست منطق تلفیقی و همگرا، ضرورت می‌یابد. این منطق جامع، افزون بر اعتبار، روایی و تعمیم‌پذیری، قابلیت فهم و استنباط تمامی سطوح و مراتب سنن الهی را دار می باشد.

understanding and inferring social laws, and its focus is on introduction: studying social laws and knowing their causes, agents and effects has an irreplaceable role in the production of islamic humanities and social sciences. undoubtedly, the achievement of such laws is based on a special method, which is interpreted as the logic of exploring social laws. the logic of discovery, as a comprehensive method, in addition to the method (process, rules, tools and techniques), also deals with the basics of understanding divine laws. the methods can be classified in different ways, and one of the most important classification criteria is the division based on the sources and epistemic tools in a rational, transferable, and integrated way.methods: the present article, as a compilation from the library method and in terms of nature, from the rational-analytical method, deals with some important methods in the method of discovery from the holy quran.
