شیوه‌های نهادینه‌‌سازی آموزه‌های حفاظتی در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین

The purpose of this research is to identify the institutionalization methods of protection trainings among the students of amin police university. in terms of its objectives, the present study is of an applied research type conducted in descriptive-analytic method.the findings of the study indicate that for identifying the institutionalization methods of protection trainings for students the existing methods of needs assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation should be reviewed and more efforts should be made to improve its quality. in addition, by future studies we can investigate the threats and vulnerabilities in personnel, police jobs and missions, as well as specialized knowledge of teachers and professors, and take more effective steps in obtaining the most favorable methods of protection trainings institutionalization for the students of amin police university.some guidelines can be suggested for protection trainings institutionalization among the students, including: the selection of students bounded to ethics and regulations, appropriate protection modeling by selecting competent commanders and officials, meritocracy among students, and formulation of protection chart for students to continue serving in police.
