چکیده
|
The emergence of new concepts of security and intelligence and speed of change that is a function of the growth of information technology, have encountered the activities of these organizations with complexity. in this era, security managers must not only be familiar with their work environment and recognize its complexity and elegance, but also manage their organization by considering the principles of management and the ability to use the tools and management techniques required. providing the real and meaningful participation of all employees is an efficient means to meet the growing expectations of rapid change and security apparatus. this study is conducted aiming at investigating the employees' participation in decisions taken by security organizations.accordingly, the supreme leader's set of security meetings' speeches in1989 to 2014 was taken as the statistical population of the study. for understanding the supreme leader's views on the collaborative management, first the conceptual framework of collaborative management and also its criteria have been recognized and introduced.the sets of speeches were categorized based on the criteria. using content analysis, the orientations and points of emphasis on participatory management were analyzed and presented as a model. finally, the supreme leader has a comprehensive view on collaborative management, and the criteria clearly indicate the status of collaborative management in his ideas
