Intelligence organizations as an integral part of power are in the focal core of national security and they are considered as pulse and discerning eyes of armed forces, through which all happenings in armed forces can be monitored. therefore, it is essential that the strategy and thinking of multilateral interaction and cooperation have roots in all these organizations and linked them to act as related capabilities and to avoid overlapping and parallel actions. accordingly, the present study attempts to explore the concept of relative capabilities among intelligence organizations using the analytical method and the utilization of library resources. finally, following data analysis and presenting model, implications will be stated
