چکیده
|
The culture of self-protection guarantees the protection of employees against threats, vulnerabilities and potential risks, and ultimately provides the protection for forces, organizations and units of the armed forces. the culture of self protection will empower individual employees. improving this thinking and institutionalizing it in the armed forces will neutralize many threats and vulnerabilities against enemies and is the best practice for protection of the armed forces. creating this culture needs encouraging self-protective employees before their colleagues and utilizing them for empowering and protection of armed forces. defining the concept of self-protection, researcher in the present study seeks answer to the following question: does self-protection promote the behavior of police personnel? the study utilizes an applied methodology and library-documentary techniques for gathering data. research findings show that there are individuals among police personnel that are not aware of self-protection behavior and their behavior is not based on self-protection framework. implementing models of self-protection among personnel should be conducted based on their current condition; certainly the implementation hardship of the desired model is directly related to the status of employees and their different characteristics
