طراحی الگوی نظارت در سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی، امنیتی و حفاظتی با تاکید بر رهنمودهای مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی)

Supervision is inevitable for any organization. for achieving a dynamic and efficient organization, we should be thankful to the implementation of strict and efficient monitoring and evaluation measures in order to identify strengths and weaknesses at all levels of the organization. on the other hand, duty of intelligence and security agencies due to their functional nature i.e., gathering information, and providing security for the target population, is of high sensitivity and the supervision of work is necessary and crucial in these organizations.in the sacred system of the islamic republic of iran, the command of the armed forces and intelligence agencies and their respective departments has been put in charge of the supreme leader. therefore, knowing dements of the supreme leader can provide the senior security officials a clear and accurate approach based on religious teachings in the intelligence agencies and so that they formulate appropriate regulatory model for their organizations. the present study utilizes an applied and descriptive mythology via using the instruments and library research. it has tried to use the guidelines, management orders of the supreme leader and commander in chief imam khamenei to develop a regulatory model for intelligence and security departments.
