Based on current context of cyberspace and in order to keep employees to cope safely with the damage of the space and privacy in the international cyber warfare, it is required to pay a close attention to this subject. the title ‘gates of hell’ in this emerging phenomenon is an expression of the risks that can be associated with ethical concerns and security in the organization. in this way, serious injuries in different aspects are suffered by the police intelligence department. in the security- intelligence dimension, they seek for information and to publish it under the guise of news in education malicious cyber espionage and terrorism to undermine the security system failures. in the social dimension, they provide young people the grounds for immoral unusual connections and mesmerized identities. in the fields of immoralities they threat the family foundation and formation of various subcultures which increase the gap between generations. today police presence in the virtual realm is essential to control many abnormalities that may be formed in this environment. this study, with a descriptive - analytical method, tries to answer questions such as ‘what are the most important scientific and practical strategies for increasing staff awareness and protection against cyberspace’, and ‘what are the practical approaches for identifying potential threats for the staff in cyberspace?’
