Today, the formulation, selection, and implementation of strategies are a great concern for organizations. organizations try to define and implement strategies according to their values, corporate culture, goals and resources. the security department of iran police as a security –intelligence force is responsible for defending the islamic republic of iran police against threats and security vulnerabilities.in recent years, the supreme commander-in-chief has raised new concepts for the rapid and fast development of the country in various fields in their speeches; attention, contemplation, and the forecast of the requirements of implementing it, in addition to its legal and obligatory nature, is inevitable for our continued progress. one of these concepts is the jihadist approach which is necessary in the field of security protection to be considered seriously.this article seeks to provide a strategic conceptual model for implementing this strategy. this article is organized in several sections. firstly, it explores the concept of jihad, the security, strategic management, based on theoretical literature and mixed research methods (combination of qualitative and quantitative data and content analysis), and then based on existing models, the strategic model is presented.
