Self-security is obtaining of knowingly and effective internal condition of staff to maintain and protect - that is based on their thinking and reasoning faculty-. self-security is internal belief of staff in order to observe security rules and canons, as the most basic effective factor in establishing self-security culture in organization. self-security will be cause to transcend all of the staff and self-security promotion and institutionalization of self-security culture in organization is effective and safe factor in prevention crimes and offences. in fact, self-security is safest and best way to maintain, stability and protection of the organization. reduction or control of crimes and irregularities in the organization through self-security measures is preventive factor as the most effective and less cost method of control and suppression crime and offences, have a special effect.police with regard to special sensitiveness of its legal missions, need to maintain and protect of its organization, more than other organs and institution. creating and promoting a culture of self-mode and self-security in naja are the most important and basic method for maintaining and protecting from human and organization resources. several factor have an impact on improving self-made and self-security. this article seeks to find answers to five questions about effective methods to promote, strengthen and development from components of spirituality, attitudes, knowledge and humor. the general aim of this study is investigation effective methods of staff's self-security and self-mode and also presenting an institutionalization model of self-security and self-mode culture.present study according to its goal and form the view point of kind of research is applied and its method is documentary and library studies. the result of this study showed that self-security is internal and underlying matter and its results reveal in the long run and need to patience and tolerance. many components are effective in subjects of self-security and self-made and organizational situation, should try to prepare necessary preparedness for establishing self-security climate that indeed it is a kind of individual self-preservation. if we can bring conscience staff to their senses, consequently, among establishing self-security in them, become economizing in much expenditure of supervision and control and will spend that expenditures for learning knowledge, proficiency of staff and improving of organization's affair.
