اثربخشی هویت معنوی و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی بر خودحفاظتی کارکنان انتظامی (مورد مطالعه استان بوشهر)

زمینه و هدف: اعتقادات دینی و مذهبی به انسان آرامش می‌دهد، خلاهای اخلاقی، عاطفی و معنوی را در فرد و اجتماعات از بین برده و پایگاه محکمی برای انسان در برابر مشکلات و محرومیت‌های زندگی ایجاد می‌کند. از سوی دیگر هویت‌یابی معنوی منجر به خودحفاظتی، عاملی است پیشگیرانه که به‌عنوان موثرترین و کم‌هزینه‌ترین روش‌های پایش و مهار جرائم و تخلف‌ها در کارکنان انتظامی، بسیار اثربخش خواهد بود. هدف از این مقاله بررسی امید به زندگی بر اساس تصور از خدا، هویت معنوی و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی در کارکنان انتظامی (مطاله موردی استان بوشهر) است.روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نظر نوع کاربردی است و با بررسی و تلفیق دو گرایش از حوزه‌ مطالعاتی مدیریت با روش کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی و بهره‌جستن از اسناد بالادستی، نظرات خبرگان، منابع معتبر علمی و تجربی و با استفاده از روش پیمایش به رشته‌ تحریر درآمده است. جامعه‌ تحقیق شامل کارکنان انتظامی استان بوشهر (به‌ویژه کارکنان جوان و تازه‌استخدام) است و حجم نمونه‌ آن شامل 150 نفر که از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور گردآوری اطلاعات، از پرسش‌نامه‌ بسته‌ محقق‌ساخته استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: هر سه متغیر تصور از خدا (خداباوری)، هویت معنوی و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی توان پیش‌بینی میزان خودحفاظتی را داشته‌اند. جامعه‌پذیری اولیه (قبل از استخدام) که در خانواده و در سال‌های ابتدایی زندگی اتفاق می‌افتد، نقش مهمی در آینده‌ هر فرد ایفا می‌کند. افرادی که فرایند جامعه‌پذیری مناسبی را طی کرده‌اند، در نوجوانی و جوانی دارای فرهنگ خودحفاظتی قوی‌تری بوده‌اند؛ بنابراین، آموزش محیط چه از طریق برنامه‌های صدا و سیما و چه از طریق سمینارها و کارگاه‌های مختلف برای خودحفاظتی و خودکنترلی صحیح رفتار کارکنان می‌تواند موثر باشد.

the effectiveness of spiritual identity and personality traits on self-protection of police officers (case study of bushehr province)

background and purpose: religious beliefs give peace to man, eliminate moral, emotional and spiritual voids in individuals and communities and create a strong base for man against life’s problems and deprivations. on the other hand, spiritual identification leading to self-protection is a preventive factor that will be very effective as the most effective and least expensive methods of monitoring and curbing crimes and violations among police officers. the purpose of this article is to investigate life expectancy based on the idea of god, spiritual identity and personality traits in police officers (case study of bushehr province).methodology: this research is applied in terms of type and has been written by examining and combining two trends in the field of management studies with library and document methods and using upstream documents, expert opinions, reliable scientific and experimental sources and using the survey method. the research population includes police officers of boushehr province (especially young and newly hired officers) and the sample size includes 150 people who were selected by simple random sampling. in order to collect information, a researcher-made questionnaire was used.findings and conclusions: all three variables of god belief (belief in god), spiritual identity and personality traits have been able to predict the level of self-protection. early socialization (before employment), which happens in the family and in the early years of life, plays an important role in the future of each person. people who have gone through a proper socialization process have a stronger self-protection culture in adolescence and youth; therefore, environmental education, whether through radio programs or through various seminars and workshops, can be effective for self-protection and proper self-control of employees’ behavior.
