الگوی بصیرت‌افزایی کارکنان فراجا در مواجهه با جنگ ترکیبی دشمن از منظر مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی)

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اینکه همواره کارکنان فراجا هدف جنگ ترکیبی دشمن می‌باشند، نیاز به اجرای آموزش‌ها و آگاهسازی‌های بصیرتی، حفاظتی و سیاسی بسیار محسوس و می‌تواند کارکنان را در مقابل این تهدید و تبعات آن برای فرد و سازمان و کشور مصون نماید. به همین منظور در این پژوهش، در تلاش جهت پاسخ‌گویی به این پرسش بوده است که جلسات آگاهسازی تا چه اندازه می‌تواند در بصیرت‌افزایی از کارکنان فراجا در مقابل جنگ ترکیبی دشمن، تاثیرگذار باشند؟روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، تحلیلی- پیمایشی با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل دو گروه: 1- مدیران و کارشناسان مطلع در حوزه صیانت از کارکنان فراجا 2- اساتید و مربیان دروس حفاظت اطلاعات و عقیدتی و سیاسی که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای اقدام به انتخاب نمونه‌ها به تعداد 304 نفر شده است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده که شاخص‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که برگزاری جلسات آگاهسازی حفاظتی، در صیانت کارکنان فراجا نسبت به جنگ ترکیبی دشمن، تاثیر مستقیم دارد. در نتیجه می‌توان گفت که هر اندازه این‌گونه آموزش‌ها گسترش یابد، به همان اندازه در صیانت از کارکنان فراجا تاثیرگذار خواهد بود.

the insight-enhancing model of faraja employees in the face of the enemy’s hybrid warfare from the perspective of the supreme leader

background and purpose: considering that faraja employees are always the target of the enemy’s hybrid warfare, the need to implement insightful, protective and political trainings and awareness is very noticeable and can protect the employees against this threat and its consequences for the individual, the organization and the country. for this purpose, in this research, it has been trying to answer this question, to what extent awareness sessions can be effective in raising awareness among faraja employees against the enemy’s hybrid warfare?methodology: the current research is applied in terms of purpose and analytical-survey in terms of nature and method using the content analysis method. the statistical population consists of two groups: 1- managers and knowledgeable experts in the field of protection from faraja employees 2- professors and instructors of intelligence protection and ideological and political courses, using the multi-stage cluster sampling method, 304 samples were selected. the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, and the indicators were analyzed using spss software.findings and conclusions: the findings of the research show that holding security awareness sessions has a direct effect on the protection of faraja employees against the enemy’s hybrid warfare. as a result, it can be said that no matter how much such training is expanded, it will be equally effective in protecting faraja employees.
