مبانی و روش‌های آینده پژوهی جرم‌یابی جرائم کارکنان فراجا

زمینه و هدف: سازمان صیانتی موجود در فراجا با استفاده از ظرفیت‌ها و توانمندی‌های اطلاعاتی و عملیاتی می‌باید اطلاعات مورد‌نیاز خود را در راستای جرم‌یابی به‌خصوص در حوزه‌های امنیتی نظیر جاسوسی، براندازی و خرابکاری و... به‌دست آورد تا توانایی پاسخ‌گویی سریع و بی‌درنگ و نیز قابلیت انعطاف و سازگاری بیشتری نسبت به محیط و تحولات محیطی در فراجا داشته باشد که دست‌یابی به این مهم منوط به تحصیل یک دانش و فهم عمیق در تمامی سطوح در آینده است. کشف سریع جرائم و دستگیری مجرمان به‌منظور ارتقای امنیت در مجموعه فراجا توجه به جرم‌یابی را با اهمیت کرده است؛ بنابراین، این تحقیق با هدف تحلیل آینده‌پژوهی جرائم کارکنان فراجا انجام پذیرفته است.روش‌شناسی: این مقاله از منظر هدف کاربردی است و با رویکرد کیفی (دلفی) تدوین شده است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، علاوه به بررسی اسنادی در ادبیات موضوع، با مصاحبه‌های عمیق به‌صورت انفرادی با افراد جامعه آماری بوده است. در این پژوهش از دانش خبرگان و متخصصان حوزه‌ کشف جرائم و کارشناسان سازمان صیانتی که حلقه ده نفری را تشکیل داده‌اند در چند مرحله استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: آینده‌پژوهی جرائم کارکنان فراجا، دارای مبانی اخلاقی، حقوقی و اقتصادی و سیاستگذارانه است. سازمان  صیانتی فراجا می‌باید با توجه به تحولات شتابان جهانی و ظهور بسترهای نوظهوری مانند متاورس، ارزهای دیجیتالی، رمزارزها و... به ترتیب اولویت بر اساس ماموریت محوله، ابتدا در حوزه‌ جرائم امنیتی در مرحله‌ بعد جرائم شبه‌امنیتی و سپس به جرائم غیر‌امنیتی خاص و با تاکید بر طیف‌های مختلف کارکنان بپردازد.

background and purpose: the existing security organization in faraja, using its intelligence and operational capabilities, must obtain the intelligence it needs in line with crime detection, especially in security areas such as espionage, subversion and sabotage, etc., in order to be able to respond quickly and immediately, as well as to have more flexibility and adaptability to the environment and environmental developments in faraja, and achieving this depends on acquiring a deep knowledge and understanding at all levels in the future. the rapid discovery of crimes and the arrest of criminals in order to improve security in the faraja complex has made it important to pay attention to crime detection; therefore, this research has been carried out with the aim of prospective analysis of the crimes of faraja employees.methodology: this article is practical from the point of view of the goal and was compiled with a qualitative (delphi) approach. in addition to reviewing documents in the literature, the means of collecting information was through individual in-depth interviews with the people of the statistical community. in this research, the knowledge of experts and specialists in the field of crime detection and security organization experts who formed a circle of ten people have been used in several stages.findings and conclusions: the future studies of faraja employees’ crimes have ethical, legal, economic and policy-making foundations. according to the rapid global developments and the emergence of emerging platforms such as metaverse, digital currencies, cryptocurrencies, etc., the faraja security organization should, in the order of priority based on the assigned mission, first in the field of security crimes, then quasi-security crimes, and then specific non-security crimes and focusing on different spectrums of employees
