زمینه و هدف: در جوامع غربی شاهد آن هستیم که مشارکت مردم با دستگاه‌های امنیتی و اطلاعاتی بر اساس دو عنصر حفظ نظم و امنیت و نیز عنصر پاداش مادی صورت می‌پذیرد و با توجه به فرهنگ حاکم بر جامعه که فرهنگی مادی است در خیلی از مواقع کارساز است. در مقابل جوامع مادی، جوامع دینی قرار دارند. در ادبیات حکومت‌های دینی، کارگزاران حکومتی خود را نسبت به ارزش‌های مادی و معنوی مردم مسئول می‌دانند و آنچه که قابل‌اغماض و چشم‌پوشی نیست، ارزش‌های حاکم بر نظام است. در این حکومت‌ها مشارکت‌های مردمی در حوزه‌های مختلف شئون زندگی از‌جمله جرم‌یابی نه امری ممدوح بلکه وظیفه‌ای دینی و شرعی به‌حساب می‌آید. دستگاه‌های مسئول در این‌گونه جوامع به‌عنوان مدافع اصلی ارزش‌های جامعه به حساب می‌آیند و به‌همین خاطر، باید برخی ارکان جهت‌ساز را در زمینه‌ مشارکت‌های مردمی در جرم‌یابی رعایت کنند؛ بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ارکان جهت‌ساز بهره‌گیری از منابع و مخبرین در فرایند جرم‌یابی است.روش‌شناسی: این مقاله از نظر هدف کاربردی و با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام شده است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز با مطالعه‌ منابع کتابخانه‌ای و با ابزار فیش‌برداری جمع‌آوری و تحلیل شده است.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج به‌دست آمده، ارکان جهت‌ساز بهره‌گیری از منابع و مخبرین در جرم‌یابی شامل مولفه‌های نظیر مبانی دینی و فقهی، فرامین، مبانی قانونی و چشم‌انداز فراجاست که همگی بر لزوم بهره‌گیری از منابع و مخبرین در جرم‌یابی با رعایت اصول و مقررات مربوطه تاکید داشته‌اند.

background and purpose: in western societies, we see that people's participation with security and intelligence agencies is based on the two elements of maintaining order and security, as well as the element of material reward, and according to the culture that dominates the society, which is a material culture, it works in many cases. is. in contrast to material societies, there are religious societies. in the literature of religious regimes, government officials consider themselves responsible for the material and spiritual values of the people, and what cannot be ignored are the ruling values of the system. in these governments, people's participation in various spheres of life, including criminal investigation, is not considered a praiseworthy matter, but a religious and religious duty. the responsible institutions in such societies are considered as the main defenders of the society's values, and for this reason, they must observe some guiding principles in the field of public participation in crime detection; therefore, the aim of the current research is to investigate the directional elements of using sources and informants in the crime detection process.methodology: this article has been done in terms of practical purpose and descriptive-analytical method. the required information has been collected and analyzed by studying library resources and using a phishing tool.findings and conclusions: based on the obtained results, the directional elements of using sources and informants in crime investigation include components such as religious and jurisprudential foundations, decrees, legal foundations, and faraja perspective, all of which are based on the need to use sources and informants in crime investigation in accordance with the relevant principles and relevant regulations have emphasized.
