فریب اطلاعاتی از منظر فقه اطلاعات

زمینه و هدف: راهبردها، اطلاعات و راه‌کنش‌های نظامی هر یک از طرفین درگیر جنگ نقش بسزایی در غلبه به دیگری دارد. به همین دلیل طرفین برای به‌هم ریختن محاسبه‌ اطلاعاتی دشمن، به فریب اطلاعاتی رو می‌آورند که این کار یکی از اصول مهم در جنگ‌هاست؛ بدین معنا که با ارائه اطلاعات غلط از لشکر خودی، محاسبات اطلاعاتی دشمن به‌هم بریزد. در متون فقهی این مسئله با عنوان «خدعه» مطرح شده است. هدف از این پژوهش این است که حکم فریب اطلاعاتی از منظر فقه اطلاعات بررسی شود.روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر بر اساس ماهیت کاربردی است و مبتنی بر روش «توصیفی- تحلیلی» است و از روش کتابخانه‌ای بهره گرفته شده است.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: رجوع به شریعت مقدس اسلام به ویژه فقه شیعه علاوه بر مشروعیت‌بخشی به عملیات‌های نظامی، می‌تواند نوید‌بخش پیشرفت در مسائل نظامی، قدرت نرم، ارائه طریق عملیات روانی و فریب اطلاعاتی باشد. فریب اطلاعاتی در ادله‌ نقلی و تاریخی پیشوایان دینی و اقوال فقهای بزرگ متعدد دیده شده است؛ بنابراین، باتوجه به پشتوانه‌ ادله‌ فقهی مثل آیات قرآن، روایات متعدد، اجماع، عقل و سیره‌ عقلا؛ نه‌تنها می‌توان به جواز عملیات فریب اطلاعاتی قائل شد؛ بلکه در برخی مواقع می‌توان به وجوب فریب اطلاعاتی مایل شد.
