ارزیابی نقش تدابیر صیانتی و پیشگیرانه در جرائم موادمخدر کارکنان فراجا و ارائه راه‌کارهای پیشنهادی (مورد مطالعه: فرماندهی انتظامی استان مازندران)

چکیدهزمینه و هدف: امروزه صیانت از کارکنان و ایجاد محیطی امن، پاک و سالم با هدف ارتقای بینش و بصیرت آن‌ها و مهار آسیب‌پذیری از جمله وظایف ذاتی نهادهای نظارتی فراجا محسوب می‌گردد؛ بنابراین این پژوهش درصدد ارزیابی نقش تدابیر صیانتی و پیشگیرانه در جرائم موادمخدر کارکنان فراجا و ارائه راه‌کارهای پیشنهادی است.روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش انجام توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه‌ آماری پژوهش را همه‌ فرماندهان و مدیران لایه دوم فرماندهی انتظامی استان مازندران تشکیل می‌دهند که از این جامعه به تعداد 222 نفر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به‌صورت تصادفیِ ساده انتخاب شده است. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌ محقق‌ساخته‌ تدابیر صیانتی و پیشگیرانه و پرسش‌نامه‌ محقق‌ساخته‌ جرائم موادمخدر کارکنان فراجا استفاده شده است که بر روی نمونه آزمایش شده است. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 78 درصد 82 درصد محاسبه گردیده است. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی شامل آزمون کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف، ضریب همبستگی و رگرسیون چندگانه و آزمون فریدمن محاسبه گردیده است.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: پس از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها مشخص گردید که تدابیر صیانت و پیشگیری بر جرائم موادمخدر اثر مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد؛ همچنین ابعاد تدابیر صیانتی و پیشگیرانه (کلاس آگاه‌سازی، توجیه و ارشاد، شناسایی کارکنان در معرض خطر، ارسال پیام‌های صیانتی) بر جرائم موادمخدر اثر مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. با توجه به آزمون فریدمن نیز به ترتیب بیشترین میانگین اختصاص به شناسایی کارکنان در معرض خطر و سپس ارسال پیام‌های صیانتی، کلاس آگاه‌سازی و در نهایت توجیه و ارشاد قرار داشته است.

evaluating the role of protective and preventive measures in the drug crimes of faraja employees and providing suggested solutions (case study: police command of mazandaran province)

background and purpose: today, protecting employees and creating a safe, clean and healthy environment with the aim of improving their insight and curbing vulnerability is considered one of the inherent duties of faraja supervisory institutions; therefore, this research aims to evaluate the role of protective and preventive measures in the drug crimes of faraja employees and provide suggested solutions.methodology: this research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive, and correlational in terms of method. the statistical population of the research consists of all commanders and managers of the second level of police command of mazandaran province, from which  222 people were randomly selected using cochran’s formula. in order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire of protective and preventive measures and a researcher-made questionnaire of drug crimes of faraja employees were used, which were tested on the sample. cronbach’s alpha coefficient was calculated as 78% and %82 respectively. data have been calculated using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including kolmogorov-smirnov test, correlation coefficient and multiple regression and friedman test.findings and conclusions: after analyzing the data, it was found that there is a positive and significant effect of protection and prevention measures on drug crimes; also, the aspects of protective and preventive measures (awareness class, justification and guidance, identification of employees at risk, sending protective messages) have a positive and significant effect on drug crimes. according to friedman’s test, the highest mean was allocated to identifying employees at risk, followed by sending safety messages, awareness classes, and finally justification and guidance.
