نقش اشراف اطلاعاتی در پیش‌بینی بحران‌های قومی با رویکرد انتظامی

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به وجود قومیت‌های مختلف در ترکیب جمعیتی کشور و تغییر تحولات داخلی و بهره‌گیری از این ظرفیت برای ایجاد بحران‌های اجتماعی و امنیتی در کشور، لزوم اشراف بر جریان‌های قومی را با توجه به رویکرد دانشی فرماندهی انتظامی ج.ا.ا، برای به حداقل رساندن آسیب‌ها و خسارات مادی و معنوی ناشی از بحران را مضاعف کرده است؛ بنابراین بررسی نقش اشراف اطلاعاتی در پیش‌بینی از بحران‌های قومی برای هدفمند‌کردن اقدام‌های انتظامی به‌عنوان رویکردی اساسی بسیار حائز اهمیت است.روش تحقیق: این تحقیق از نظر رویکرد کمی، از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نظر روش توصیفی پیمایشی و به لحاظ زمان از نوع مقطعی است؛ جامعه آماری آن تمامی خبرگان اطلاعاتی در حوزه‌ اشراف بر قومیت‌ها که پس از تایید روایی با نظر خبرگان و پایایی (86/0) برای تجزیه و تحلیل، از تحلیل عاملی، کولموگروف اسمیرنوف و تی‌استیودنت استفاده شد.برای گردآوری اطلاعات؛ پژوهشگر با مراجعه به مراکز پژوهشی و دانشگاهی، کتابخانه‌ها و مطالعه‌ کتاب، پایان‌نامه، مقالات علمی و سوابق غائله‌های قومیتی در کشور، اقدام به فیش‌برداری و گردآوری اطلاعات کرده است. برای گردآوری داده‌ها پس از مصاحبه با خبرگان، از پرسش‌نامه‌ محقق‌ساخته با اعتبار و پایایی مطلوب استفاده و با بهره‌گیری از آزمون‌های آماری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد؛ اشراف اطلاعاتی بر بازیگران بحران‌ساز، ریشه‌ها و تحولات بحران‌ساز، در پیش‌بینی از بحران‌های قومی نقش معناداری دارند.

The role of intelligence aristocracy in predicting ethnic crises with a disciplinary approach

Background and Aim: Considering the existence of different ethnicities in the demographic composition of the country and changing internal developments and using this capacity to create social and security crises in the country, the need to oversee ethnic currents according to the knowledge approach of the Disciplinary General Command of the Islamic Republic of Iran has doubled in order to minimize the material and moral damages caused by the crisis. Therefore, it is very important to study the role of intelligence in predicting ethnic crises in order to target disciplinary actions as a basic approach.Research method: This research is quantitative in terms of approach, applied in terms of purpose, descriptivesurvey method and crosssectional in terms of time; the statistical population was all provincial and central intelligence experts in the field of ethnic superiority. After confirming the validity with the opinion of experts and reliability (0.86), factor analysis, Kolmogorov Smirnov and T student used for analysis.To gather information; The researcher has taken notes and collected information by referring to research and academic centers, libraries and reading books, dissertations, scientific articles and records of ethnic idiots in the country. To collect data after interviewing experts, a researchermade questionnaire with good validity and reliability was used and analyzed using statistical tests.Findings and Conclusion: The results showed that; Intelligence aristocracy over crisis actors, crisis roots and developments play a significant role in predicting ethnic crises.
