نقش فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در هشداردهی‌ سازمان‌های امنیتی، اطلاعاتی و حفاظتی

زمینه و هدف: به‌کارگیری و استفاده از فنّاوری نوین در عصر کنونی فراگیر بوده و همه‌جا از سودمندی یا ضرورت استفاده از رایانه، اینترنت و فضای مجازی سخن در میان است به همین خاطر مدیران کاربرد مفید و اثربخش سامانه‌ فنّاوری اطلاعات در سازمان‎‌ها را می‌دانند چرا‌که از شروط اولیه موفقیت برای سازمان‌های امروزی به‌شمار می‌رود. تعیین میزان این تحقق، از دغدغه‌های مهم تصمیم‌گیرندگان سازمانی است؛ بنابراین هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر به‌کارگیری نظام فنّاوری اطلاعات بر هشداردهی امنیتی در سازمان‌های امنیتی، اطلاعاتی و حفاظتی است.روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش از لحاظ هدف «کاربردی» و از نظر روش «توصیفی تحلیلی» و شیوه‌ گردآوری اطلاعات از منابع اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای است.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل نشان می‌دهد، فنّاوری اطلاعات بر ابعاد مختلف سازمان به‌ویژه هشداردهی تاثیرگذار است و استفاده‌ هوشمندانه از فنّاوری اطلاعات در سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی و حفاظتی باعث کاهش تمرکزگرایی، کاهش لایه‌های مدیریتی (پیچیدگی) و در نهایت افزایش سرعت در تصمیم‌گیری و کاهش رسمیت در سازمان می‌شود و با خودکارسازی فرایندهای اداری و خدماتی و توسعه‌ شبکه‌های گسترده مبتنی بر بانک‌های اطلاعاتی، سبب افزایش اشراف مدیریتی همه‌ سطوح مدیران در سازمان‌های حفاظتی و اطلاعاتی و حذف کارهای زائد و موازی می‌گردد.

The role of information and communication technology in warning security, intelligence and protection organizations

Background and purpose: the application and use of new technology is widespread in the current era and the usefulness or necessity of using computers, internet and virtual space is discussed everywhere, that’s why managers know the useful and effective use of information technology systems in organizations. which is one of the basic conditions of success for today’s organizations. Determining the extent of this realization is one of the important concerns of organizational decision makers. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of using information technology system on security warning in security organizations.Methodology: The research method is &applied& in terms of the goal and &analytical descriptive& in terms of the method using documentary and library sources.Findings and conclusions: The results of the analysis show that information technology has an impact on various dimensions of the organization, especially warning, and the intelligent use of information technology in intelligence and security organizations reduces centralization, reduces managerial layers (complexity) and finally increases the speed of decisionmaking and reduces formality in the organization, and with the automation of administrative and service processes and the development of extensive networks based on information banks, it causes an increase in managerial nobility of all levels of managers in protection and intelligence organizations and the elimination of redundant and parallel work.
