ترسیم (الگوی) سبک زندگی مطلوب (کارکنان) سازمان‌های امنیتی- انتظامی

زمینه و هدف: مفهوم سبک زندگی به‌تازگی مورد توجه اندیشمندان و کارشناسان قرار گرفته است. اسلام که به زوایای زندگی انسان توجه دارد، سبک زندگی اسلامی را پایه‌ریزی کرد. در این مقاله تلاش می‌گردد که بستری مناسب برای الگوی سبک زندگی مطلوب کارکنان سازمان‌های امنیتی بر‌گرفته از تعالیم اسلامی و ادبیات سازمانی این سازمان‌ها و الگوهای نظری سبک زندگی ارائه گردد.روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر نوع ترکیبی (کیفی کمی) و از نظر روش‌شناسی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق «کلیه کارکنان یکی از سازمان‌های امنیتی» بوده که از این تعداد 354 نفر، به‌عنوان حجم نمونه از طریق جدول مورگان محاسبه و به شیوه نمونه‌گیری احتمالی نظام‌مند اخذ شد. برای گردآوری داده ابتدا با روش مصاحبه با کارشناسان ابعاد موضوع در تحقیق استخراج و با استفاده از ابزار پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته‌ داده‌ها گردآوری گردید.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که در درجه‌ اول هویت دینی و مذهبی بر نحوه‌ زندگی و رفتار کارکنان و سبک زندگی آنها اثر می‌گذارد. در درجه‌ دوم نوع تماس‌های گروهی در شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی بر سبک زندگی تاثیر گذاشته ولی کارکنان سازمان‌های امنیتی نظارت‌های لازم را در این بخش به‌کار می‌گیرند. در درجه‌ سوم کارکنان سازمان‌های امنیتی به هویت فرهنگی و ملی توجه داشته و در این زمینه سعی می‌کنند که الگوهای سبک زندگی و شغلی خود را با ارزش‌های اجتماعی و ملی تطبیق دهند.

Drawing a Favorable Lifestyle Pattern for Law Enforcement Personnel

Background and Purpose: the concept of lifestyle has recently been considered by thinkers and experts. Islam, which pays attention to all aspects of human life, established the Islamic way of life. Islamic teachings and organizational literature of these organizations and theoretical models of lifestyle should be presented.Methodology: the method of present research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of combination type (qualitative, quantitative) and in terms of survey psychology. The statistical population of this research is all employees of one of the security organization, of which 354 as a sample size through the table Morgan was calculated and obtained by systematic probabilistic sampling. To collect data, first the dimensions of the subject in the research were extracted by interviewing experts and the data were collected using a researcher made questionnaire.Findings and conclusion: the results showed that in the first place religious and religious identity affects the way of life and behavior of employees and their life style. Secondly, the type of group calls in the virtual social network has an impact on lifestyle, but the staff of the security organizations use the necessary supervision in this area. In the third place, the employees of security organizations pay attention to cultural and national identities and in this regard, try to adapt the life style and work patterns to social and national values.
