سازواره نقش و کارکرد سازمان های اطلاعاتی در دیپلماسی پنهان

زمینه و هدف: موضوع دیپلماسی پنهان در راس مزیت‌های راهبردی اهمیت می‌یابد. تحقیق حاضر درنظر دارد تا بر اساس مرور ادبیات و دسته‌بندی دیدگاه‌های اندیشمندان، نقوش و کارکردهای کلیدی کامیابی سازمان اطلاعاتی دانا در عرصه‌ سیاست خارجی را احصاء کرده، به‌دنبال آن، با طراحی یک مدل به این پرسش که سازواره سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی در دیپلماسی پنهان را چگونه و در چه قالبی می‌توان صورت‌بندی و طراحی کرد؟روش‌شناسی تحقیق: این تحقیق از منظر هدف توسعه‌ای و از نوع توصیفی است، ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، فیش‌برداری و نیز استفاده از منابع الکترونیک و اینترنتی است. و مدل رباتیک دیپلماسی پنهان با رویکرد اطلاعاتی براساس ادبیات موجود، استخراج و ترسیم شده است.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: سازمان اطلاعاتی، سیاست خام را با پرورش، ساخته و پرداخته تا دست‌اندرکاران سیاست خارجی بهترین و عاقلانه‌ترین تصمیم را از میان سایر گزینه‌ها گلچین کنند و همچنین نقش نظارتی سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی در بازخوردگیری، بازنگری و اصلاح تصمیمات ملی و فراملی در عرصه‌ سیاست خارجی و حراست از آرمان‌های کشور حائز اهمیت است؛ به عبارتی دیپلماسی پنهان، هنر تحقق پنهان منافع ملی است.
