تهدیدات اطلاعاتی آمریکا علیه نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران

زمینه و اهداف: در پی پیروزی شکوهمند انقلاب اسلامی ایران، دشمن در پی طراحی و اعمال تهدیدات مختلف و متنوعی که در توان و ظرفیتش بوده در زمینه‌های مختلف اقدام نموده است ازجمله این تهدیدات مهم و اساسی، تهدیدات اطلاعاتی است که می‌توان در دو حوزه توانایی‌های اطلاعاتی و اقدام‌های اطلاعاتی دسته‌بندی نمود. با عنایت به فرمایش فرماندهی معظم کل قوا (مدظله العالی) مبنی بر رکن بودن نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران در تامین امنیت ملی و ایفای نقش اساسی نیروهای مسلح در حوزه‌های دفاعی، نظامی و امنیتی، قاعدتاً این رکن اساسی همواره مدنظر سرویس‌های اطلاعاتی امنیتی دشمن قرار داشته و خواهد داشت. بنابراین مسئله و دغدغه محقق این است که آمریکا چه توانایی های مهم اطلاعاتی داشته و این توانایی ها را از طریق چه اقداماتی علیه نیروهای مسلح اعمال می کند . بر این اساس، این تحقیق باهدف تدوین تهدیدات اطلاعاتی آمریکا علیه نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران انجام‌ شده استروش تحقیق : این تحقیق از روش موردی زمینه‌ای انجام شده و پس از گردآوری اطلاعات به روش اسنادی و مصاحبه با خبرگان حوزه اطلاعات و حفاظت اطلاعات، یافته‌های تحقیق به روش تحلیل محتوا با تکنیک استنباطی و روش دلفی در نشست خبرگی دسته‌بندی شده و در قالب مولفه و گویه های توانایی‌های اطلاعاتی و اقدامات اطلاعاتی آمریکا تدوین گردیده است . یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های این تحقیق، مهم‌ترین توانایی‌های اطلاعاتی آمریکا عبارتند از: توانایی جاسوسی و جمع آوری اطلاعات، توانایی تحلیل و پردازش اطلاعات، توانایی جنگ اطلاعاتی، توانایی تهاجم اطلاعاتی و توانایی عملیات روانی گسترده. و مهم‌ترین اقدامات اطلاعاتی دشمن در حوزه نیروهای مسلح ج.ا.ا عبارتند از: جاسوسی، جنگ فضایی، خرابکاری امنیتی، جمع آوری فنی سایبری، فریب و مشغول سازی، عملیات روانی، عملیات ویژه، اقدام و عملیات پنهان و اقدام‌های ضد اطلاعاتی.

US intelligence threats against the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Background and purpose: Following the glorious victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the enemy has sought to design and apply various threats that it has been able to do in various fields, among these important and fundamental threats are information threats that can be classified into two areas of intelligence capabilities and intelligence actions. According to the Supreme Leader’s order, that the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran are a pillar in ensuring national security, and playing a key role in the armed forces in the fields of defense, military and security, this basic pillar has always been considered by enemy intelligencesecurity organizations. The researcher’s challenge, then, is what important intelligence capabilities the United States has and through what actions it uses those capabilities against the armed forces. Accordingly, this study was conducted with the aim of formulating US intelligence threats against the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.Methodology: This research has been done on a casebycase basis and after collecting information by documentary method and interviewing experts in the field of intelligence and security protection police, the research findings have been categorized by content analysis method with inferential technique and Delphi method and it is formulated in the form of components and items of US intelligence capabilities and intelligence action.Findings and conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, the most important US intelligence capabilities and the most important enemy intelligence actions in the field of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran have been obtained and expressed.
