بررسی تدابیر صیانتی در پیشگیری از وقوع جرم درفرماندهی انتظامی استان هرمزگان

زمینه و هدف: صیانت از کارکنان و ایجاد محیطی امن، پاک و سالم با هدف ارتقای بینش و بصیرت آن‌ها و مهار آسیب‌‌پذیری از جمله وظایف ذاتی نهادهای نظارتی ناجا محسوب می‌‌گردد.روش شناسی: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش تدابیرصیانتی در پیشگیری از وقوع جرم تدوین شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف و روش «توصیفی» از نوع «کاربردی» و از نظر شیوۀ اجرا «پیمایشی همبستگی» می‌‌باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه کارکنان پایور فا.ا. هرمزگان است. حجم نمونه به‌صورت تصادفی ساده از طریق فرمول کوکران به تعداد 195 نفر تعیین گردیده است. داده‌‌های پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه‌‌ محقق ساختۀ تدابیرصیانتی و پیشگیری از جرایم کارکنان جمع‌‌آوری گردیدکه میزان ضریب پایایی آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 0.864 و 0.896 به‌‌دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از ضریب همبستگی، رگرسیون و آزمون فریدمن با نرم‌‌افزار spss استفاده شده است. یافته ها: یافته‌‌های پژوهش نشان داد تدابیرصیانتی و مولفه های آن در پیشگیری از جرایم کارکنان تاثیرگذار است و عامل آگاه‌‌سازی و تهیه و نشر پیام‌‌های صیانتی به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین تاثیرگذاری را دارند.نتایج: همچنین براساس آزمون فریدمن، کلاس های آگاه سازی با ضریب 2.14 در اولویت اول قرار دارد، در نتیجه بیش‌ترین اثر را بر صیانت و پیشگیری دارد و در ادامه الگوسازی و نمادپروری با ضریب 1.96 در اولویت دوم و تهیه و نشر پیام‌‌های صیانتی با ضریب 1.90 در رتبه سوم و پایانی قرار دارد در نتیجه کم‌ترین اثر را بر صیانت و پیشگیری در ناجا دارد.

Investigation of protection measures in crime prevention in Hormozgan police command

Background and Aim: Awareness class is one of the most important and effective and crucial categories in the protection and prevention of employees’ crimes, which inspection and protection of information of the police force as one of its work priorities, uses.Methodology: This study aims to investigate the role of safeguards in crime prevention. The statistical population of this study includes all employees of Payor FA. It is Hormozgan. The sample size was determined randomly through Cochran’s formula to 195 people. The research data were collected through a researchermade questionnaire on protection measures and crime prevention of employees. The reliability coefficient of Cronbach’s alpha was 0.864 and 0.896, respectively. Correlation coefficient, regression and Friedman test with SPSS software were used to analyze the data.Findings: Findings showed that safety measures and its components are effective in preventing employees’ crimes and the factor of informing and preparing and publishing safety messages are the most effective and the least effective, respectively..Results: Also, according to Friedman test, awareness classes with a coefficient of 2.14 are in the first priority, therefore it has the greatest effect on protection and prevention, and then modeling and symbolism with a coefficient of 1.96 in the second priority and preparation and publication. Safety messages with a coefficient of 1.90 are in the third and final rank, therefore, they have the least effect on protection and prevention in NAJA.
