تاثیر تدابیر صیانتی در پیشگیری از وقوع جرم ضرب و جرح توسط کارکنان ناجا (مورد مطالعه: فرماندهی انتظامی مازندران)

زمینه و هدف: در ناجا صیانت از کارکنان و پیشگیری از وقوع جرم توسط آنان همواره مورد توجه بوده و بدین منظور اقدام‌های صیانتی مختلفی انجام می‌شود، هدف این تحقیق تعیین میزان تاثیر چهار دسته تدابیر صیانتی در پیشگیری از وقوع جرم ضرب و جرح توسط کارکنان ناجاست.روش‌شناسی: نوع تحقیق کاربردی و از نظر شیوة بررسی از نوع پژوهش‌های توصیفی از شاخة پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل کارکنانی از فرماندهی انتظامی مازندران است که طی دو سال گذشته اقدام‌های صیانتی مورد نظر تحقیق در مورد آنها اجرایی گردیده است. نمونه آماری این پژوهش شامل 54 نفر است که به‌صورت تمام‌شمار مورد سنجش قرار گرفته‌اند. روش گردآوری اطلاعات در تحقیق حاضر کتابخانه (ابزار فیش‌نویسی)، پایگاه‌های اینترنتی و ابزار پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته است. به لحاظ زمانی پژوهش حاضر در سال 1399 انجام و قلمرو مکانی این تحقیق، فرماندهی انتظامی مازندران است که در آن مبادرت به توزیع پرسش‌نامه شده است. ضریب پایایی مولفه‌های پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ برابر 0.89 است که مطلوب و رضایت‌بخش است.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج و یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد همة تدابیر صیانتی احصا شده مانند کلاس‌های آگاه‌سازی، ارشاد کارکنان، جلسات پرسش، پاسخ و هشدارها و پندهای صیانتی بر متغیر پیشگیری از وقوع جرم ضرب و جرح توسط کارکنان تاثیر دارند و در رتبه‌بندی تاثیر تدابیر صیانتی نیز هشدارها و پندهای صیانتی، پاسخ رتبة اول را داراست.

The effect of protective measures in preventing the occurrence The crime of assault by NAJA staff (Case Study: Disciplinary Command of Mazandaran Province)

Background and Aim: In NAJA, protection of employees and prevention of crime by them is always considered and for this purpose, various protection measures are performed. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of four categories of protection measures in preventing crime by NAJA staff.Research methodology: The type of research is applied and in terms of research method is descriptive research from the survey branch. The statistical population includes employees of the Mazandaran Disciplinary Command who have been protected during the past two years. The statistical sample of this study includes 54 people, who have been measured in full counting. The method of data collection in the present study is done by library (receipt writing tool), internet sites and questionnaire tools In terms of time, the present study was conducted in 1399 and the spatial scope of this research is Mazandaran Disciplinary Command, in which a questionnaire has been distributed. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire components using Cronbach’s alpha method is 0.89, which is desirable and satisfactory.Research results: The results and findings of the study showed that protective measures Such as awareness classes, staff guidance, Q A sessions, safeguards and safety tips have an effect on the variable of preventing the occurrence of assault by employees and in ranking the effect of protective measures, there are warnings and protective advice and answer it has the first rank.
