An Interesting Case of a Large Epithelioid Hemangioendothelioma of the Liver Presented with Lungs Symptoms

Introduction: epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (ehe) of the liver is a rare vascular tumor. we introduce a case with ehe of the liver who is presented with lungs symptoms.case presentation: a 45-year-old man who was a known case of lung chemical injury due to exposure to mustard gas presented with a 2-year history of non-productive cough. he denied any gasterointestinal (gi) symptoms such as pain, diarrhea, constipation, bleeding, vomiting and nausea.conclusions: imaging study revealed a large lobular mass in liver along with lung metastasis. pathology test result confirmed an epithelioid hemangioendothelioma of the liver.
