آسیب‌شناسی دوره‌های آموزش ضمن‌خدمت در مجتمع آموزشی پلیس پیشگیری فراجا

زمینه و هدف: بهبود و بازسازی سازمان‌ها با مرحله آسیب‌شناسی آغاز و سپس وارد مرحله مداخله فعال می‌شود. آسیب‌ها اگر درست و به‌موقع شناخته نشوند و راه‌حل‌های مرتبطی برای آنها ارائه نشود، سازمان با مشکلات زیادی روبه‌رو خواهد شد. بنابراین هدف اصلی این مقاله، آسیب‌شناسی دوره‌های آموزش ضمن‌خدمت در مجتمع آموزشی پلیس پیشگیری فرماندهی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است.روش‌: این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، از نوع کاربردی و به لحاظ روش کمی از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی و با الگوواره اثبات‌گرایی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل 5000 نفر از کارکنانی است که در سال402 1 در مجتمع آموزشی پلیس پیشگیری فراجا شرکت کرده‌اند. نمونه آماری پژوهش براساس فرمول کوکران، 360 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای است و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته می‌باشد که روایی محتوایی آن با استفاده از نظر خبرگان سازمانی و اعتبار آن از طریق آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (عدد 98/0) تایید شد. برای تحلیل آماری داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده، از آزمون‌های استنباطی (آزمون کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف، تی تک‌نمونه‌ای و رتبه‎ای فریدمن) استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد دوره‌های آموزش ضمن‌خدمت با تنوعی از آسیب‌ها همراه بوده است و نتایج آماری معناداری به‌دست آمد. آسیب‌های رفتاری با 24/2 بیشترین و آسیب‌های زمینه‌ای با 86/1 کمترین مقدار را به خود اختصاص داده است.نتایج: براساس یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده می‌توان نتیجه گرفت دوره‌های آموزشی اجرا شده توسط این مجتمع آموزشی دارای آسیب‌های آموزشی بوده است. بنابراین به‌منظور ارتقای وضعیت موجود و بهبود کیفی فرایندهای آموزشی، نیاز است با جامه‌عمل‌پوشاندن به پیشنهادهای پژوهشی، سیاست‌گذاری‌ها و برنامه‌های آموزشی آتی پلیس پیشگیری فراجا جرح و تعدیل شود.

background and purpose: the improvement and reconstruction of organizations starts with the pathological stage and then enters the active intervention stage. injuries, if they are not recognized correctly and in time, and related treatment prescriptions are not complicated for them, will bring the organization to face many problems. therefore, the main goal of this article is the pathology of in-service training courses in the preventive police training complex of the police command of the islamic republic of iran. method: this research was conducted in terms of objective, applied type, and in terms of quantitative method, descriptive survey type and positivist paradigm. the statistical population includes 5000 employees who have participated in faraja prevention police training complex in 1402. its statistical sample was considered to be 360 ​​people based on cochran’s formula. the method of stratified random sampling and the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, whose content validity was confirmed using the opinion of organizational experts and its validity was confirmed as 0.98 through cronbach’s alpha test. inferential tests (kolmogorov-smirnov test, one-sample t and friedman’s rank test) were used for statistical analysis of the obtained data.findings: the findings of this research showed that in-service training courses were accompanied by a variety of injuries and significant statistical results were obtained in this regard. behavioral injuries have the highest value with 2.24 and contextual injuries have the lowest value with 1.86. conclusion: based on the findings, it can be concluded that the educational courses implemented by this educational complex have educational disadvantages. therefore, in order to improve the current situation and improve the quality of educational processes, there is a need to revise and adjust the future prevention policies and training programs of the police by implementing the research proposals.
